Affordable Comfort Heating and Cooling did an excellent job installing both a new furnace and ac for us. What a refreshing experience! Dean the owner came to our home, gave us a straightforward estimate, and explained what the job would entail. His crew was on time, professional, knowledgeable, honest and respectful. They removed our old units and installed the new ones within a day. I recommend this company wholeheartedly. Finally.....a company you can trust!

Our A/C unit froze up, of course on the hottest day of the year and on Memorial Day. The next morning, I went up to Affordable Comfort to see if they could assist. Mind you, I had no appointment and took a chance on seeing if I could obtain some assistance. Dean, the owner, and a crew of workers were in the office on their way out to assist other customers. Without hesitation, they stated that they could come out and address the issue, which they did. I am very thankful that they were able to fix the issue and take care of me on such short notice.

Our A/C unit quit working at the end of July. Called around a few local companies to get it inspected, Affordable Heating and Cooling were able to come out within an hour. Turns out our Trane unit was 35 years old and the repair costs were not cost effective (along with a 2 week wait for the parts). We opted for a new unit which was installed the next day by Steve and his apprentice in about 4 hours. The guys were very courteous and explained what they would do and when complete the upgrade was money well spent. Would highly recommend Affordable Heating and Cooling 👍👍

My furnace stopped working early in the evening on a Thursday. After a long cold night, I called Affordable at 8am on Friday explaining the situation and asked if it was possible to fit in a service call for me that day. The office person Rose was very friendly and said she would be able to schedule me for the end of the day. Later that afternoon the service technician Brent called me in advance to let me know he was running AHEAD of schedule and he would be arriving in 15 minutes. Once he got there, he diagnosed the problem quickly, and was able to correct the issue. While he was there he found a couple other concerns that he was again able to fix quickly, and he explained everything he did and why he was doing it. Turns out that the prior "big name" company didn't do such a good job installing a drain tube which caused a lot of the problems, so Brent fixed that. Affordable Comfort company, and Brent, did a great job, and at an unexpectedly affordable price. They have my business now for my upcoming furnace and water heater replacement. Highly recommended.

I have a new construction home and after numerous issues with both heating and cooling and dealing with the company that installed both (The furnace installed initially was not big enough to heat my house. The A/C we had the same issue). I contacted Affordable Comfort. Affordable Comfort gave me a quote for a new furnace and A/C. I had new units installed within 3 days. I was amazing by the professionalism and courtesy they offered. Completely satisfied with Affordable Comfort and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Was very impressed with how quickly they responded. First call was on Thursday. I had a new AC and Furnace installed by 5pm on Saturday. The team was very professional and went the extra mile to finish the job quickly. Highly recommend.

They came out for a estimate and was very pleasant, representative was very nice. Had a Furnace and AC installed and the installers were great very helpful and answered all my questions and made sure i was comfortable before they left. Just wanted to say thanks and would definitely recommend these guys.

Cody came out at 6am on a Saturday to fix our heat. He called several places to find parts and fixed the issue within about an hour after we got the part. I also loved getting texts when he was in route. Will definitely be using this company again!!
