Fabiano and Priscilla are great. Fabiano and his crew installed all new insulated ducts throughout the house, a high efficiency central Bosch furnace, and a high efficiency Bosch central heat pump with three zones for our major home addition and renovation project. They also installed a high efficiency tankless Navien water heater.
When we first called Fabiano for a quote and he presented all of the options, he was very patient with us while we asked about each system, the technical logistics, etc. Their crew were also very nice, courteous and did a really good job.
Not knowing much about HVAC myself, we initially thought the HVAC equipment could only be kept downstairs (where the existing furnace was). Fabiano found a way to get the HVAC equipment in the attic, saving us a lot of space in our living area and helping to keep the HVAC noise away from the living room area.
Priscilla coordinated all of the paperwork, including the Mass Heat Loan, Water Heater rebate, Furnace rebate, and Heat Pump rebate. She also helped us with the warranty registration and would coordinate when and where to send the crew.
During Christmas 2022 (when temperatures were in the teens), our furnace condensation system froze over, not allowing the system to start due to the lack of insulation in the new addition framing (construction still ongoing). Fabiano rushed over on Christmas Eve and fixed the heating system. This shows that they are very dependable. I highly recommend Jorge's HVAC and will definitely reach out to them for all of my future HVAC needs.

Jan 18th 11:48, driver cut me off without signaling and made me swerve into a curb that damaged by rims . If I didn’t move out of the way he would’ve hit me . He even drove off afterwards!

Purchased a house in Worcester and they installed a brand new high efficiency HVAC system. Turns out that the pipes they used were the wrong ones and since I allowed them to do work without permits they fooled me. Very unfortunate situation which I hope doesn’t happen to others reason why I decided to share .

My AC died in the peak of summer this year. Every place I called said they would need 1-2 weeks to come and take a look but they could take care of it immediately for a big "emergency" service fee. Fabiano from Jorge's was the only person who said he could come take a look that evening. Not only did he show up that evening, he gave me some quick options the next morning and once I picked what I wanted, he and Arthur promptly ordered the part and got our AC up and running in a couple of days, and all this at a reasonable price. Good guys, you won't be disappointed!

These guys are the best. They fixed my AC, and my heat also. GOOD PRICE AND EXCELLENT SERVICE !
