Had my energy assessment done through them. No reports yet and the technician Nick who suggested the insulation and sent me the quote but failed to schedule the appointment after two months. I have been trying to contact Nick since then and his voicemail is full and no response from the email. Very bad customer service experience.

We had Energy Monster perform an energy audit over the winter. The technician replaced my A/C thermostat that he wired incorrectly. It cost me several hundred dollars to have the issue diagnosed and repaired.
