Energy Monster

They installed mini splits in our house. First they pushed and pushed to start the work before the loan came through, which it didn’t and then we had to pay out of pocket. We were told we had to be home so someone could come by and explain how the system works. That never happened. Now we’re having our siding replaced due to visible rot and it turns out the crew attached the water lines with electrical tape. Water was pouring down in between the siding and the house itself, causing damage.

Jose and Angel and their crew just completed our heat pump installation. They were punctual, neat with the work, and competed the job in the time they said they would. I have already recommended Energy Monster to a few neighbors as well! Thank you again for a job well done!

Jose at Energy Monster came with his team to install some mini splits in our apartment as requested by our landlord. He and his team were respectful, kind, and thorough. They made sure to clean up after themselves, knock when coming in and out, and overall were just very friendly throughout the install!

Energy Monster has done a lot of work for myself, family and friends. The process was simple, the workers were on time, polite and cleaned up right away. I have had them insulate 3 of my properties and they have done a dozen or more and each time with glowing reviews!

Love the whole team at Energy Monster! Jim did a very thorough Mass Save Audit for us and helped us figure out why our house was so cold in the winter (zero insulation in our 1870s walls!) and helped us set up having Pat and his insulation crew come out to make things right. Everyone was professional, efficient, and kind. The insulation crew finished in half the time I thought they needed, wrapping up early each day and cleaning everything up so there was almost no evidence they had been there! And our house feels warmer and quieter already -- amazing! Also a special thank you to Tawny and Courtney at the office -- they very quickly resent the knob & tube form that my electrician needed to sign when I couldn't find the original PDF in my email. They were professional and helpful when I was panicking. Thank you! I really love working with this company, and I look forward to having them come back to install mini-splits and solar panels! Update as of 6/18/21:
We had previously worked with Energy Monster on a Mass Save audit and then having them add insulation to our house. This time, we had the guys from Energy Monster back again to perform an electrical upgrade on our house (100 to 200 amps) and then install five ductless mini-splits for more efficient heating/cooling than our ancient terrible radiators. Despite dealing with a lot of obstacles -- a heat delay due to several 90 degree days and then tons of rain that prevented them from doing the outside work on the days they wanted -- the whole team was professional and efficient and made the most of the time when the weather finally cooperated! (Plus, my dog loved the whole crew and they loved him back.) It has been such a pleasure to work with Energy Monster as we turn our house into the energy efficient home of our dreams. Thank you!! We can't wait for Energy Monster to come back later this summer to install solar panels next!

Jose and his team came to my house to install the minisplits, excellent job, each of them knew what they were doing, a job well done, they picked up the trash and even vacuumed where they worked. very respectful and friendly; We definitely recommend Jose and his very efficient work team ✨✨

I looked at several different companies before choosing Energy Monster. The sales process was very professional and they offered by far the best value. The value was so much better that I was actually a little worried that the deal was "too good to be true." But they absolutely delivered on their promises through the install and operations. Great company and I highly recommend them!

Had this company do insulation in my attic and my exterior walls, was told that the wood clap boards sidings had to be removed for them to blow the insulation which was understandable but instead the contractor who showed up to do the job broke every board in half, and used glue to put the board together, VERRY UNPROFESSIONAL, complaint about it,haven’t heard back, wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and nails were not picked up

The team at Energy Monster, starting with Kevin, and all of the office staff and crew members installing, were very professional and responsive. They go above and beyond with everything. If one team member is on vacation, other responded to my queries. I give them more than 5 stars and highly recommend their services. I was able to refer my neighbor, who saved a large amount through Energy Monster
