0/1 - Didn't show up for first appointment 2 days ago, car accident, rescheduled for 9am next day.

0/2 - Didnt show up for second appointment, yesterday. claimed the 9am I booked with the tech directly was mistakenly booked for 6-8pm

0/3 - Didnt show up for the 6-8pm appointment yesterday either, called to ask where the tech was at 715, gentlemen answering the phone said he'd get to the bottom of it and call me back, he did not.

0/3, stay way.

Dennis was extremely courteous and thorough.He explained everything I needed to do and why, so I felt comfortable making a decision.They are honest.I hope he comes back in the soon to do my maintenance.I highly recommend.
