Alliance saved us on a -14 degree night when our Nest thermostat failed due to the cold temps. Jimmy was polite, professional and came out at 10pm to help us.

I had some damage in my ductwork and my furnace was getting old. Jimmy came in and installed a ductless mini split. I’ve never been happier! The Furnace stopped working in the middle of the snow storm we had on 1/29/2022 and we called and got Jimmy and he said he would come out. Jimmy came out and he said it was the board the brains to the furnace that died. I do have to say it was late when we called Jimmy like 12 or 12:30. So I think it was about 1 when he got to us because he had a call before us. I was just so happy he came out because no one would. He got the part and put it in 2 days later and we are so thankful for him when no one would come out. He was so nice! We will call him again! Jimmy Thank you so much for your help!

Alliance Heating and Cooling recently came to home because my AC unit failed in the middle of one the summers’ worst heat waves. I was very concerned for my young daughter’s well- being and was panicking at the thought of days without AC. Jimmy returned my call promptly and reassured me that he would be able to diagnose the issue. excellent service by jimmy. my house heat furnace stopped working on a very cold day. jimmy came out within a couple hours when no one else had availability. he was very efficient in identifying the faulty thermocouple as the root cause. he got the new part from a supply store and had the heat up and running in under 2 hours. highly recommended.

Our AC wasn’t working so we called Alliance and they were there immediately and easily identified the problem. From there, they were able to get the part needed and repair my AC very quickly. I’m grateful since it was during the heat wave! We will be using this company again if needed in the future!
