Joe's Burner Service installed a new burner system for us. He was fast, efficient and responsive. He has been back to trouble shoot an issue. Joe's customer service is great, and he was once again, very responsive.

Joe's Burner Service did an excellent job on our boiler repair. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Their prices were very reasonable. They did not leave a mess. They really care about their customers. I have been through quite a few different repair services and this is the only one I would recommend and the one I am staying with. Another thing, Joe's was recommended to me by another service that was already booked up for the day. A recommendation from a competitor says a lot.

I am not sure what the other complaints are about however Joe's been servicing my old ratty machine for many years now. Him & his crew are polite on time and show up when they say a time. Also very reasonable on price. I called last night left a message had leaking fuel from furnace . I was called early this morning 7 am 30 minutes later at my door. I had heat @ 8:20 am.
Every time they are finished i am told the same thing this machine is on its last leg. Until I need them again.

    AVOID!! AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!!

I had several problems with my new boiler after the install. He never returned phone calls and never showed up when he said he would (same experience as other poor reviews) I ended up having to pay for someone else to fix his mistakes. He placed the incorrect valve and after only 3 months the boiler was completely full of soot. I have never had such poor service! He was a bit cheaper than some other companies but you will pay for the headaches in the long run. I ADVISE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Joe and his company installed a new furnace for us. He was the best value around. Great job and has been out to troubleshoot other issues and has done a fantastic job each time for us.

Beware $$$ mark up on materials. Charged $425. for a relay Aguastat controller,. Verified from several reputable suppliers this part cost between $196.34 -$225.00. Expect to pay a 10% -20% mark up on materials , however, double is unconscionable.

Returned my phone call within a couple of hours, showed up to the appointment on time, and was knowledgable on my issue. The price seems a little bit higher compared to oil companies, but I am not obligated to purchase oil at a higher price just to get the service which is a plus.

Called a couple of times, didn't always call me back. Didn't seem to eager for business.
