DeWolfe is the one and only plumbing company I will ever use or recommend. They are second to none especially with their 24/7 availability. I know that if I am ever in a desperate situation they would be there to help! They recently did all of the plumbing work for a house I was renovating in West Boylston. They were on time and got a big job done in a timely manner.

I probably should have clicked every service that DeWolfe Contracting provides. This company has taken care of all the plumbing needs in my house for forty years, including installing a whole new full bath and rescuing us from a catastrophic sewer line fail. Now that Luke is taking a lead in the business, everything is just as good as it was before. I recommend this business highly!

Responsive mostly, good cost but on ongoing near-nightmare execution of HVAC installation. Install required maybe 8-10 separate incident service calls requiring maybe 15-20 visits AFTER installation and inspection. Root cause finally identified as installation error of bypass ducting. Had wall and ceiling damage due to that improper installation with overflowing drip pan running onto ceiling and down walls (all new construction). Dewolfe was proactive attempting to fix the problem but far too many visits and damage to give positive review hindering follow on project progress by many weeks. Also had plumbing work done and the tech had a poor attitude complaining about almost everything but did the job partially not fully following up when he tested and drain pipe sewage downstream and leaked all over my CNC machine with no permanent damage, fortunately. Had wall and ceiling damage to repair, cleanup in basement which all could have been avoided with more attention to techs workmanship. I was told by manager to stop watching workers but in hindsight I didn't do enough and ask enough questions

We had a walk-in shower with grab bars and seat installed to replace a regular bathtub to make it safer as we age. We also had an upgrade to out kitchen heat outlet. The workers were professional and consulted us with any questions. We were alerted about when they would arrive. With the 2 jobs we had plumbers, carpenters and a plasterer. All were excellent workers. We are thrilled with the difference in the kitchen heat and the walk-in shower is terrific. We had used the plumbers previously, first time for other workers. This will be our go-to company for future work.

Extremely poor workmanship. Basement flooded multiple times due to failed sump pump system they installed. We eventually replaced their system using another company, who was shocked at the work they did. No accountability, and saw repeat behavior at our neighbors house.
