Burk and Max were awesome! So nice and made me feel comfortable. They loved my dogs and were very thorough. They went above and beyond and even cleaned my ceiling fans for me which was very nice. They explained for safety to change the filter and showed me how. Overall very good experience and I would use their services again any time :)

Berk and Max performed an HVAC cleaning and repair and were great. They were knowledgeable and did a very thorough job assessing, cleaning and identifying the cause of an issue we were having with one of our vents. Berk and Max came in to do my assessment, then vent cleaning ! What a crew is all I can say. My experience started out absolutely amazing from the initial phone call with John. He explained the whole procedure and assessment. If I agreed to the work I could have it done after the assessment. Berk and Max showed up on time very professional and friendly and were great with my dog. They did the assessment and did the work exactly how John explained it. I did my homework and chose Healthy Duct services. John and Berk were very informative up front and on the day of service. They used state of the art equipment and were very neat, clean and prompt. They did not push any services on us that we did not require, and gave us a quote without any obligation to move forward with the project. They worked efficiently and effectively, leaving the ducts much cleaner than when they arrived, and followed up with a photo album of the transformation. I highly recommend Healthy Duct! I spoke with John initially. He took the time to explain the process, pricing, and different services they provide. During the call, there was zero pressure to commit. After calling around for different quotes, I decided to go with Healthy Duct based mostly on that initial conversation. I’m glad I did. Pete, Joe and Berk arrived on schedule. After an assessment, they explained the work needed and got straight to work. They encouraged me to ask questions throughout, taught me how to replace the filter on my system, and made sure I have replacement filter information for the future. Finally, they were super clean! I expected to be left with a mess - not the case. Kudos to this team for exceeding my expectations, and providing stellar customer service.

An appointment was made to assess the cleanliness or dirtiness of the ducts in my house. The technicians were on time and very professional and courteous. They approached the assessment thoughtfully and with care. When the assessment was finished, they concluded the ducts were clean, which meant no service was required. I truly appreciate the professional ethics to speak truthfully without any sales pressure.
