I love Sinclair home services. They have really helped me out with my leaking faucet issues, which were multi factorial and required some extra thought/effort to fix. Thank you!!!

I had them replace the heating and cooling system in my recently purchased 25 year old town house.
From quoting the job to installation they where 100 percent professional and on time. I have owned several homes and have replaced HVAC systems in several. This was perhaps the most hassle free experience I have had. The quality of the installation is top drawer no question things have been done correctly. The price was in the ball park with others. I fully recommend them.

We had a cracked main line septic pipe in our basement. They came out and repaired it in under an hour! Super nice, left the area clean and no more smell!! Will for sure use them again if needed and would recommend 100%

They were extremely responsive. I ran out of heating oil on the weekend and topped up with diesel to get me through to Monday. I called around looking for an oil delivery but no one was available. I was referred to them by a different oil company. I called, someone came by to inspect the tank within an hour, and now I'm expecting my oil some time today (same day!). The inspector was friendly and was happy to answer my questions. I will sign up for automatic filling and their service package. Thank you for coming by on such short notice with this big snow storm making its way in, you guys are life savers!

Annual maintenance of oil burner and boiler. Always professional and neat.

I called Sinclaire Home Services at 8:20AM to request service for our home heating boiler. The boiler was completely shut down, no pressure, so, no heat and no hot water.

I requested a quick response, if possible. Before 9:00AM, (less than 45 minutes!) Frank C. Was standing at my door and by 9:20 Frank had diagnosed the problem, (had the needed parts with him!) replaced the parts, restarted the boiler - done!

One hour from service request to service completed! How do you beat that!
