Great customer service! Called one day, they were there the next during a very busy holiday week. Took lots of time explaining things to my husband and I who are new homeowners. Would absolutely call then again for any of our needs... they will actually be coming back this week to install some Nest thermostats!

For over 30 years, Sinclaire Enterprises has been keeping my family warm in Winter, and cool in Summer! They have kept our systems well maintained and always kept us abreast of any issues that may have been developing long before they would become a problem. Their excellent maintenance program covers yearly inspections and covers most routine expenses. We have never run out of oil, and they have always been responsive should any emergency arise or we have a question or concern. Sadly, we are moving to an area that Sinclaire does not service. I doubt I will find any company that will have the dedication to service that Sinclaire has shown us over all these years! They will be missed!

We hired Sinclaire to replace our water heater, which had burst. They were very accomodating and were able to help us with a replacement very quickly. As always, they were very professional and did a great job.

We've used Sinclaire Enterprises for close to 20 years for oil delivery. They replaced an antiquated oil furnace for us, and later our central air system. More recently we used their new plumbing service to replace a sink. Everyone we've dealt with at Sinclaire in all that time, from the oil truck drivers to the people on the phones and including everyone who has stepped inside the house, has always been pleasant and professional. It's just a pleasure to interact with them, and I never worry about relying on them to get a job done promptly and correctly. No reservations in recommending them.

Have worked with Sinclair for 4 years now and cldnt be happier. They are so responsive and come out quickly. When there is a problem, they explain in detail and walk me through the solution. Would never use anyone else for heating and cooling.

My gas furnace went down yesterday. I called Sinclair this morning at 8am and by 9:30 they had a service technician at my house. With all that is going on in the world today I was grateful to have them come out on such short notice. They addressed the problem and tuned up the furnace. The service technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. Good to go for may more years I hope!

Had a heating zone not working. The service was prompt, the service tech found the problem quickly and was able to have our system running again in about an hour. He explained everything thoroughly, including pricing and parts needed. We’re very happy with the service we received.
