The owner John came to my house to give me an estimate for 2 heatpump systems but never responded. I called many times and emailed and finally got a response. He could not figure out a system that was compatible with my current system. He said he would look further into it be again never responded. The original system he suggested while doing the estimate was compatible and suggested by two other companies. There is a clear lack of professionalism with this company. If you don’t want the work, say it. Don’t waste people’s valuable time.

We are a new customer with Sinclaire Oil this year, unfortunately this past week we had a leak in the hot water heater. We called Sinclaire, and we were told someone would be there within a half hour, and sure enough one of there licensed plumbers arrived within 30 mintues. When does that ever happen!! A very nice young man, professional and courteous, inspected the leak, then communicated to us and did what needed to be done and said we wouldn't have hot water tonight, but would be back in the morning with a temporary tank, so that we would have hot water until the tank was replaced. Again, he was here promptly the next morning and installed the temporary unit. We were so grateful to have hot water while we were waiting for the new tank to be installed, which was done a few days later...Excellent workmanship...Excellent customer service...A wonderful family owned business that we would highly recommend to anyone needing oil and heating services..

Had Sinclaire out to my home for an estimate on a much needed new furnace and central a/c unit replacement with relatively easy installation. It has been nearly two months with no estimate, follow up call, or any contact whatsoever. If they did not want the job the rep should have been upfront about it without wasting my time. Thank you Sinclaire for your complete disregard for customer service.

My family has had the pleasure of doing business with Sinclair several times over the last 10 years. I've always found their staff incredibly knowledgeable. I particularly appreciate the fact that they always show up on time. Sinclair recently really helped me when my AC went out 1 day before the scheduled home inspection on my home that I was selling. Sinclaire represents all the qualities listed above. Their staff in the field and at the office answering the phone are amazing. Since moving they have been my go to for all my oil and plumbing needs. Will continue to use and highly recommend to anyone needing their services.

My home has a 100 year old radiator system, and a tech from Sinclaire was able to repair two of the bedroom radiators. Each had different size connections, so it did take more than one visit to obtain the proper parts, but well within our expectations. Dennis, the owner, personally reached out to make sure the repairs were done and the system was working. Nice and warm! Recommend Sinclaire to all of my friends.

My A/C stopped today, on the hottest day of the year. I am a new customer and called Sinclaire at 10 AM. They said someone would call back to arrange an appt. He did early afternoon. Then called back again to tell when the serviceman, Paul, would arrive. Paul arrived, wearing mask and booties and knew exactly what to do and fixed A/C. Great company and great service. Recommend them highly.

Sinclaire saved my family with a newborn from freezing when our gas\steam heating system refused to work in the middle of the winter on Sunday early AM hours. Their tech was onsite within an hour, and shortly after his arrival we were warm and happy! Sinclaire team does a great job, and they are on top of my mind for all things related to heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Thank you, guys!
