Sinclaire Home Services

We've lived in our home for 28 years and have always used Sinclaire for our furnace/boiler care and maintenance. They are always on time, always knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. We recommend them for the quality of service and for their outstanding consistency and reliability throughout these many years.

Paul was very professional and knowledgeable! He explained everything thoroughly as he was repairing my AC system.

Had Sinclaire install a furnace and ac system in May. Ben and the rest of the staff(Arthur especially)were totally professional, trustworthy and generally nice people. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

The plumbing team at Sinclaire did a fantastic job in both diagnosing and repairing my hot water issues in the shower!

The visit to my home by a Sinclaire specialist was professional, timely, efficient, and made me feel comfortable that we were set for the winter. All my dealings with Sinclaire have been A-1.

Frank Cochrane, a Sinclaire Home Services technician, aided at one point by a colleague, came to my house last week to install a new water heater and a new dehumidifier in my basement. He was prompt, and then efficient in doing the work, which was not of the simply-plug-it-in variety. Frank was also gracious in taking questions from me, a longtime avoider of mechanical situations. I am new in town and have found Sinclaire Services staff members easy to reach and quick to respond to calls. Next step: a bit of a plumbing fix, and Sinclaire is on the schedule for the end of the month.

Part II: Two weeks later, Sinclaire staffers CJ and Tom came to my house to fix a problem with the delivery of water to my Frigidaire. Per usual with Sinclaire, they arrived on time with an affable greeting. The diagnosis of the problem took little time, and after a quick trip to get the proper materials, neither did the solution. Efficiency lives!

Just started with Sinclair. They came and performed a checkup on my air conditioner. It's relatively new and checked out OK. Five days later, it failed. I called Sinclair and they showed up within about a hour. They diagnosed the program and resolved the issue within an hour. Some little critter had eaten through one of the control wires and shorted it out. Sinclair replaced it and I was good to go.

I'm very happy with their service.

Very happy with the service provided. Their scheduling is as good as it gets. As part of my relationship, the come twice per year to make sure my system is running properly.

We used Sinclaire for initial walkthrough of our system. Moved into new house where our heat was not kicking on (recently installed system). Paul was assigned who came out reviewed our system and was able to update the installation settings. He walked us through all of the details around the system and settings. They were super helpful and will definitely be using them in the future.

Sinclaire was one of the very few companies that actually produced a quote during the Summer when my A/C went out (that's when it always happens right?). Every other company was too busy and would come and survey things but then disappear. Not only did Sinclaire produce a quote but they weren't pushy or salesy. There was never any pressure to make a quick purchase and Ben went above and beyond to make sure I had a solution and products that would complement my existing heating system and Nest thermostats. In the end, it was a fairly complicated install and system but I couldn't be happier that I went with Sinclaire. Everyone from their team from Ben Sinclaire to John Sinclaire himself are super knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They always took time to answer any questions or address any concerns. They didn't sweep anything under the rug when it came to seeing something that wasn't done right in the past and instead went the extra mile to make sure it was rectified. They offered unbiased opinions when I was trying to decide on what system and setup would make the most sense. I absolutely recommend Sinclaire and will enlist them for my future HVAC and Heating needs!

Sinclair is professional and does a great job. I had routine service done on my air conditioning units and was very pleased. Prompt, good service, thorough. Have used them in the past and will continue to recommend them.

Professional and friendly technician that took time to explain the heating system. The broader team was very communicative while scheduling and provided regular updates on the technician's ETA.
