Sean did a great job of explaining how the system works and what he would be evaluating. Very thorough and knowledgeable and laid out all the potential issues. Turned out our older system needed freon. Sean didn’t try to sell us a new system but explained the risk of adding the older R22 which is very scarce and will likely be totally unavailable soon. Highly recommend Sinclair.

We had Fellows Air Duct Cleaning do some work on a ventilation system in a kitchen. Even due to giving them short notice they came on site and done an extremely professional job. Sean at Sinclaire did a great, thorough job fixing and cleaning my furnace. He answered my questions and charged a very fair price. I recommend Sinclaire Oil to anyone for anything HVAC related.

Sean arrived right on time. He was very pleasant and clearly experienced, I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He explained everything upfront and provided me some recommendations for my system. The company did have to reschedule but did it weeks in advance and gave me priority on whichever other day worked - great touch. Very impressed and will be working with them again on some future projects as a result.

Only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is initial communication via the chat (in itself was fine) did not convert to a follow up call. I had to call back when I got no response. However, once we did connect, everything was 5 star from there. I would use them again without reservation.

Dec 2021 - Frank repaired our boiler on Christmas Eve morning. We really appreciate that they could help us same day and within an hour of my call. He diagnosed the issue and had it repaired quickly. Frank and everyone from Sinclaire estimate the repairs and explain what has to be done clearly in advance. A few days later Ben came out to estimate the replacement of our boilers with new system. Also professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They are excellent and I would highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing, heating or AC services.

I had a serious problem with a worn out bathroom valve that wouldn't close and a malfunctioning toilet. I called a couple of plumbers that couldn't help me for weeks. Then I called Sinclaire Home Services. I real person answered the phone and had a plumber call me back in minutes. Dennis came out the same day. He was prompt, polite, and did a great job replacing the valve and installing a new toilet at a reasonable price. Great service! And the best part is my wife is very happy.

The tech came on time was intelligent professional and excellent. Gave us all the information we needed to make a good decision about what we needed to do.
