On the day after Thanksgiving, had a possible CO problem with the gas furnace so the furnace was off and no other company could come over. They were understanding and made the effort to get the technician to us the same day. He was very thorough and helpful. Definitely using them again when needed.

Sinclaire Home Services is very responsive and professional. My experience overall was excellent and I am in the customer service industry myself. The dispatcher was very friendly and told me exactly what was going to happen, I got a call from the service manager letting me know when a technician would be arriving and the technician was very informative and efficient. My A/C problem was fixed on the same day as my call.

Sinclaire responded to my needs to my furnace for repair. The technician was knowledgeable to fix my problem. Repair was done professionally. About a month ago I hired an electrician to move a thermostat from one room to another. I have a four-zone forced hot water heater (oil based). The electrician informed me after he moved that one of the control boxes got wet and does not work properly. I found that strange because it did work when last used. I informed the workers from Sinclaire Home Services the problem and they confirmed that it was indeed the water, and it was all corroded. They emptied to boiler and replaced the water socket and replaced the control box for that zone. For some reason, the heat did not come on. The tested the thermostat several times and could not find anything wrong with it. The even replaced the new control box, but still did not work. Finally, they found out that the electrician wired to control box incorrectly and was able to fix. They were here a good extra 30 minutes but did not charge me extra for the time and did not give up and got the job done. They were polite and professional and came in each time with plastic over their shoes. I would highly recommend them in the future and plan to use them as well.

We had called a company to fix our heating system, and after 2 days, no call back. Our brother in law recommended Sinclaire and they were so responsive - they called us within one hour! Frank was our technician and was at our house the same day we called. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We highly recommend Sinclaire. They are responsive, communicative, prompt, professional. Excellent level of customer service which is sadly rare these days. Bob and Paul were both particularly helpful and great to work with.

I have used Sinclaire for the last 3 years. Our heating system is pretty new, installed in 2014. The previous company that serviced the system yearly would always find some thing around $1,000 that needed repairing.

I called Sinclaire about 3 years ago and have them out each year to service our boiler. They are honest fair and perform great work, They have been honest in that they have shown me things that could go wrong and what to watch for. They did do an optional repair for me but it was at a very reasonable price, the other company would have been their magic $1,000 price.
