This is the 3rd time that Sinclair has come out for our annual service. They showed exactly when they said they would and completed the job in the estimated window they gave at the start. The technicians were very polite, informative and answered all my questions. They were also extremely clean, which is important to me. I can’t recommend Sinclair more.

We found a water leak in our hot water heater late one afternoon this week and they were at our house in 15 minutes to to drain the tank. We had a new hot water heater installed the next day. Great, friendly people who know what they are doing!

Ben and his team at Sinclaire were great! We used them to get a new boiler and hot water tank installed as ours was very old. They were thorough, professional, on time, and answered all of our questions. They were able to sub contract as needed to get the job done on time. I would recommend Sinclaire to others and look forward to using them for our future HVAC needs.

Time for maintenance visit was unclear. I was not told that it would be in a time range instead of a particular hour. This cause me to be around longer than I thought. Frank was excellent and answered all my questions.

I'm so surprised at how often Sinclaire is recommended and I can only hope it's because people had a better experience than we did. Our oil boiler stopped firing and they came to diagnose and fix it. It was Dennis Sinclaire Jr (from his card) and what I'm guessing was an apprentice. After a 10 minute assessment, they said it needed the control panel changed, though they wouldn't be able to guarantee that was all, and that it would be $800 (plus $139 for the service call). I asked them if they saw anything else with the boiler (it's quite old) and they said they wouldn't be able to tell me anything else unless I scheduled a separate servicing with them. I agreed to the work because we needed hot water for our little kids and they proceeded to do the whole thing in 30 minutes. I was a little dumbfounded that it was so quick. They left and I received the invoice via email, which just listed a charge for the fix and a charge for the service call. I looked up the part they replaced and looks like it's something that goes for around $200. So I asked for an itemized receipt because I didn't understand how 45 minutes of work and a $200 part justified almost $1,000. They replied that they don't provide itemized receipts...what kind of legitimate and transparent company can't justify their charges? I'd stay away unless you want to get ripped off. On the plus side, they were very punctual.

Every aspect of Sincliare's service has been a top notch experience - from the initial call and visit, to the assist on the rebate forms. We went to propane from oil and this was not an easy job. All along - Front office support is terrific, the crew was professional and the job was well done. See attached image - very clean and orderly build here. Thanks to Sinclaire for this great job, we are loving the new system.

Very polite and respectful again. Made sure I approved the job before paying. I said water heater repair but it was in one shower v. The actual overall water heater which they also looked at.

Only issue is I didn't know what time they were coming and didn't realize it would be that early. I got no phone call or at least no message. Was sleeping and caught off guard.
