Response time was great and the problem was quickly resolved.

Repaired gas fireplace that would not turn on. Making an appointment was easy and they came over on time. They have done several major jobs for me as well. (New water heater and HVAC.) Good people, local business. Easy to work with, ;-)

In addition because it is a multigenerational family business there was a lot of pride that each technician displays…each technician is friendly and courteous and knows how to do their work effeciently without leaving a mess!

Although these guys were prompt and seemed knowledgeable with no guarantee over resolution (why would I pay $1800 in parts and labor with no guarantee?), it was obvious to me they were looking for the furnace replacement. They are the experts so I asked for the furnace estimate. Their price estimate is over 33% higher than the other three I received. It’s the dead of winter, I think they took advantage, but I highly recommend you surviving the week (we used Electric radiators) and do the diligence. By the way we did find the issue with our current furnace with another service and did not need the replacement and it cost under $300. All thanks to my wife who would not give up.

Wanted to take an important moment to thank the Sinclaire family for showing what humanity is all about. We had tremendous difficulty in the last 6 days trying to get a last minute heating oil delivery in this horrific cold weather. After many, many calls, all of the other oil companies would either not take on new clients, showed no compassion for our immediate problem of being almost completely out of oil, or not even answer or return our calls. Sinclaire Enterprises stepped up and delivered oil to save the day. We want to personally thank them for stepping up to the plate in a time of tremendous need. NUMBER ONE IN OUR BOOK!

I've trusted Sinclaire with my furnace systems for the last few years and don't regret it. I had an issue recently and their tech Paul was able to get to the bottom of the issue in a timely and professional manner.

Needed some burner repairs fast and was thinking it would have to be replaced, but because of there expert knowledge it was repaired at a franction of the price!
