Had to get heat/ac replaced. Guys showed up on time, with all the promised equipment, and installed it in 2 days (we had heat on day 1). Very polite, friendly folks doing the work. They even vacuumed the basement after finishing. Definitely recommend them!

Paul Tocci developed a good proposal for replacing our failed 20 year old furnace. His team did a great job, creating a clean streamlined installation to replace a Frankenstein's monster. They were friendly, polite and respectful of COVID-19 issues. The town inspector was just here and described the new installation as "absolutely beautiful" and "perfect."

Replaced 2 home HVAC units with Lamco for a home with 3,600 sq. ft. I was impressed and pleased by the quality of the work done and the skills of the Lamco people. Great products, service and responsiveness at a reasonable price!

Lamco has come out to my house on multiple occasions to work on my HVAC system. They've always been professional, on-time, and have never tried to sell me anything that I didn't need. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

Called Lamco’s dispatch before their 8:00am open. They responded in minutes. We lost heat from a power surge the prior night.
Dispatch sent a service person right away. He arrived within the hour and restored our heat, while performing a PM to leverage his presence and save us money.

Always on time, professional, wear boot covers to protect floors, friendly. Laamco has always been available for emergency service day, nights and weekends. They have kept my 30 year-old HVAC system going for over 20 years. We went through 5 others service firms before we found Laamco. They are tops!

My air conditioning system that was installed 3 years ago has leaked and filled with water the last 2 winters. Water should not be in an AC unit in the winter! Lamco is working on making the situation right and I am hopeful for a satisfactory result

Worst experience with a sub contractor ever. I know, I am a subcontractor and never had a problem that couldn't be resolved in 30 years.
I paid them 5k for a system that never worked correctly. When the finally fixed it they wanted to be paid saying the warrantee had run out. The warrantee never starts until the system works properly!!!!
They hired an old crotchety attorney who knows everyone at the court and who's ffice is directly behind the court house. Guess what? I lost and had to pay them even more money to fix the thing.
Most un professional company I have ever dealt with. Out for the buck, don't really care about their reputation. If you deal with this company, you will be sorry like me.
