I’d used Lamco Systems in the past when I added duct work in my basement. They did a great job back then. Yesterday I had a smell coming from my ducts and I checked on my furnace to find there was a cyclical humming coming from the furnace. I thought it was a transformer but couldn’t be sure. I called Lamco at 8am and spoke to Chris who assured me he would have someone at my house to look at the problem later in the morning. The temperature inside had dropped from 74 to 60 degrees overnight and we were concerned because outside temperatures were expected to be below 30. As Chris promised, a technician showed up around 10:30am. He was professional the entire time he was at my home. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was a seized blower motor. He did several things like feeling the motor which was too hot to touch btw. He also used a multimeter to check the voltage and I believe a current probe to see the current draw on the motor. The downside was he didn’t know if he could get a replacement blower motor right away which concerned me again considering the cold temperatures. He assured us he would do everything he could to be back in the afternoon with a replacement blower. It was around 3pm when he returned with the parts. He worked quickly and efficiently and we had heat not long after. I don’t typically write reviews but the quick response, their respect and professionalism and workmanship is certainly worthy of a 5 star rating. Thank you to the Lamco Team for keeping my house warm and my head cool.

We have been long time customers at Lamco systems. When it came time to replace our heating and air conditioning we solicited several bids including Lamco. They were the most professional, upfront, and detailed. Their pricing was very good. From the start of the project to the finish and even through the follow up, they have been professional, dependable, left my home clean and knowledgeable in all aspects of the project. I would highly recommend them for maintenance of current systems as well as replacements and new installations.

Lamco installed a high efficiency gas tankless water heater and removed the old tank heater. They installed over 30 feet of new 1 1/4 inch gas pipe and connected the new heater to the existing hot water plumbing system. The town inspector stopped by when they were done and approved the installation with essentially no comment. Lamco was one of three contractors who provided quotes, and won the job on a combination of price and proposal detail. We have used Lamco for years for furnace and air conditioning installation and maintenance. GREAT JOB!

Easy to deal with - answered questions promptly and comprehensively which allowed me to make quick decisions. The installation crew was great - professional, polite, responsive, and got the job done without a hitch. Highly recommend.

We had a pretty major job to install 4 ceiling mini-split systems. Although Lamco was the 3rd company I had in to quote, they were the first to recommend the mini-split systems based on my needs. I liked the solution so I asked another company to bid it also. They did and were initially a little less than Lamco, but Lamco agreed to meet their biid so I hired them. 3 of the 4 units went in flawlessly. While installing the 4th unit the ceiling was damaged. Although Lamco said they would fix it, I asked if they would let me fix it and remove $200 from the price of the job. They agreed. The job took 4 days. They were always on time and pleasant to work with.

Lamco Systems installed a new boiler, hot water heater and AC. They were great. Very professional, customer oriented and a pleasure to work with. Each day they cleaned up, came when they said they would and finished when expected. The first hot water heater was leaking so they immediately dispatched another person to go pick up a brand new one at the warehouse (which then was fine). No need to look anyplace else, just use Lamco and you'll be pleased.

Scott showed up on time. Immediately got to work to fix our furnace that would not blow air to the upstairs level. He was very patient and was not leaving til he figured out the cause. Before he left he also looked over the furnace and fixed some minor things which was great. I could tell he was very knowledgeable of the work he was doing. Great pricing too. Grateful to have a working furnace again I would recommend them!

Have used Lamco for years. Everyone is friendly and respectful. Enjoyed having the work men in our home. Installed a new compressor and air handler in no time. They cleaned up everything and in and out in very quickly.

AC unit was acting up. C wire was required for the thermostat. Chris configured wireless Honeywell unit with hub at the furnace downstairs. Did cleanup messed up wires at the condenser and the furnace. Very clean work and precise work. Get Chris and if he can accommodate your work.

My furnace would turn on only intermittently. I called Lamco, who'd installed it 26 years before(!), and the technician came that very morning. He was knowledgeable, personable, and thoroughly professional. He diagnosed the problem to a restricted air intake; found the wasp's nest that formed the restriction, gave the furnace a thorough check and cleaning, and was gone within a half hour, leaving this totally satisfied customer.
