Excellent customer service, professionalism and perfect work! We found Denommee when we needed to replace our traditional water heater due to an overnight leak. We also decided to install a tankless heater at this point and I called around many places and they all had traditional water heaters and lead time for tankless was 2 weeks plus for labor. Some even tried to talk me into installing traditional again. I called Denommee, they moved around some appointments due to my emergency need during the 40 degree weather and no hot water for 3 days at that point. The sent a technician out in no time, did the assessment and go the work done perfectly in one day. The people who came knew exactly what to do and they worked hard to get my water heater running. While another company quoted me double the price due to the emergency need and told me that the work will take two days, Denommee was aptly priced and on point. Nick was the technician who came out to assess and Ricky was the one who installed the water heater! We are life long customers now, thanks Denommee!

I recently had Denommee complete the replacement of an ancient central AC system with a new heat pump. I did plenty of research and narrowed it down to three possible contractors that provided written estimates. While Denommee was not the cheapest, they were the most responsive and they use a very well structured process for ensuring a quality installation. They have also done a good job managing the inspection and utility rebate process. I highly recommend Denommee.

I requested the routine cleaning of my tankless propane boiler. The representative came to house and suggested, he need to make certain pipe modification in order to do the cleanup. For second opinion, when i contacted boiler installation company, they suggested any modification is not necessary and asked to perform the cleaning as per the manual of the boiler. I mentioned this infpormation, with boiler manual to the representative and company official but received no further input. So no work was performed after the first visit. After 2 months got a bill of $439 for single visit (i was happy to pay some amount ~150-200 for their time). They threatened to send it to collection agency if not fully paid and forced me to pay $340. Overall, my experience was they were not updated with my new boiler systems and very unprofessional in overall handling the issue and payment.

Drew should be called a Senior Technician. His Knowledge of our Combi Boiler was greater than the people who installed it 5 years ago. I was so impressed with Drew, I signed up for the Copper Service Program, with the hope he will be our service tech a year from now.

In my experience, it’s hard to find trustworthy, professional, qualified and fairly priced home maintenance services. Denommee meets the mark on all 4. The office was responsive, detailed oriented and appreciative of the business. The tech, Tyler, was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and informative. It’s a drive for Denommee to come to me in Winthrop but I hope they will for years to come!

Denommee has been helping us work through a project that involved our gas lines. Our entire experience with Denommee has been excellent. Not only did someone come out to take a look at our project on the very same day that I called, but we received the estimate promptly, and the work was completed more quickly than we expected. Additionally, Guy has been talking with the town inspector on our behalf to sort out some questions we have about a future project. All the folks we dealt with at the house or on the phone were professional, polite and knowledgeable.

All in all, this was a great experience, and I wish every contractor was as organized and easy to work with as Denommee. 😊
