Friendly technicians, however I found the lack of plumbing trade knowledge extremely concerning.

I needed to investigate a leak in order to determine the cause of the leak and what damage existed (to possibly consider filing a homeowners claim). The technicians did not seem to have any background of the situation upon arrival (even though I carefully explained the situation to the company's staff when I scheduled the service). Additionally, the technicians were very hesitant to investigate the leak (offering to do some work based on a speculative guess of what the issue could be). Once I directed the technicians to cut an area of the wall that had a high moisture content (that I could measure based on tools that I owned, rather than what the technicians brought with them to investigate the leak), the source of the leak was simple and obvious, and I was able to repair it myself later.

The technicians were uninformed and unprepared for this service. Thankfully, I have some knowledge about plumbing, so that really helped the situation. If I had not, this service would have been completely useless and may have resulted in significantly more damage developing had I followed the technician's advice.

Given the $300 cost for this service, for plumbing issues, I cannot recommend this company for anything other than fixing simple and obvious problems; which should be thought about carefully considering the premium cost you will pay for their service.

If you are dealing with a difficult or complicated plumbing issue, I recommend going with a different company.

The team at Denommee installed heat pumps to provide us with full home A/C. We also took advantage of the ability to have the heat pumps replace our current oil-burning heat system. The entire team was excellent, from the office staff that helped with scheduling the work, organizing, and submitting the paperwork to take advantage of MA state rebates, to the onsite installation crew and even the team leads and managers. After the initial installation, we requested additional assistance tuning the system to meet our needs. There was no delay in getting people on site multiple times to make sure we were 100% completely satisfied with our purchase. This was one of the best experiences we've had with contractors working on our home and we highly recommend using this company for your heating, A/C, plumbing, etc. needs. They also completed a very similar project (A/C install) for my parents who were also very impressed with the level of service and attention the team at Denommee provides.

Both technicians were super knowledgeable and accurate in the diagnoses, checking everything and testing before they left. We had a steam pipe that was leaking and Neil and Justin showed up on time. They efficiently replaced the pipe and stayed to make sure the heating system was working properly. They cleaned up after. Very courteous and professional. Would definitely use this company again!

I recently had a Heat Pump & a new gas furnace installed by Denommee Plumbing & Heating and l am so happy with their work. The HVAC technicians were incredibly professional and prompt and courteous to me. From the beginning of the HVAC project working with Amanda and Jeremy they answered all my questions and got me a quote very quickly. I was also very impressed by the HVAC Technicians who answered all of my questions about the Heat pump and Bill went the extra mile by making sure my Heat Pump and Furnace worked perfectly. I am so happy with the Heat Pump that l had installed by Denommee . They are a top notch very professional HVAC company.
