Over the years, we have used Denomme numerous times (see above). They are the best - professional, on time, and always friendly. They explain what’s wrong and how they are going to fix it so I understand it. There is also no “up sell” which I appreciate. Their work is always done right the first time!

The two installers and maintence people were awesome. They were polite, very knowledgable, and knew exactly what to do and how to find the equipment shutoffs etc. They explained everything in detail to me. I cannot say enough about them
Ryan Berube knew our system even though it was older and I didnt know much about it. Josh Luppold was very efficebt and they went right to work. They cleaned up afyer as well. I would advise anyone to ise this company. Fron our first call until they left it was a pleasure doing business.

Mike Riley was courteous and efficient. His work is excellent. This is the second job Denommee Plumbing has done for us. The first job was installation of a new shower.

Water heater was leaking, filled out form online at Lowe’s on a Tuesday evening. Phil called me the next day and his workers installed our new water heater that afternoon. He took care of all the paperwork and removed our old heater. Workers were professional and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Not only did Dave and Delia arrive 30 minutes early, they got right to work and had all the broken pipes fixed quickly. They were both very professional and had no problems with all my questions or banter. Thank you for a job well done!

They were professional and timely with their service! They fixed a botched repair that had been done by another technician from a different company and made sure to communicate the issue and what steps needed to be taken. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and will use again in the future.

An estimator came to my home on 2/21/23 to draw up two quotes for me. The first was to replace my original furnace and AC condenser, and the second was to replace the main drag of duct work to split our one zone into two. We have no basement ceiling and all supply and return lines are already labeled (floor 1 vs floor 2).

I called a week later on 2/28 to check in as I had not heard back from the company. A secretary apologized and said that the estimator’s “car broke down so he’s backed up, but that we should be getting it shortly.”

Three weeks later on 3/21 I called back as I still had not received a quote. The secretary once again apologized, stating that a month is too long for a quote, yet defended the lack of a quote due to the “complexity of the quote.” The secretary also said she was getting their supervisors involved and promised that we would have the quote by the end of the day on 3/22, and that they would call us to check and see if we received it from the estimator.

It is 3/27 and we still do not have the quote, or a courtesy call from the company.

Additionally, I had another company come out the same day on 2/21, I requested the same two quotes, and I received a detailed estimate with multiple options that evening.

If your hvac company finds this job “complex” I am truly concerned about the quality of your work, and I will not be using your company, even if you do someday send me the quote. I understand that finding good employees today can be difficult, but I am more disappointed with how the company handled this situation, especially after reading so many positive reviews which is why we called Denommee in the first place.

Hired Denommee Plumbing to install a new hot water heater, gave me a great price (I always get 3 estimates) they beat out the other 2 but it wasn’t just price. Rick their technician, took the time to explained to me the process. I couldn’t be happier special shout out to Mike who answered questions and was very patient with me. I will definitely be using them going forward. Great job guys!!

Mike R. did a great job repairing a leaking water shutoff valve in my home. He called before arriving the day of service, was here right on time and performed the task quickly. He was very professional while in my home. He did a great job and cleaned up when he was done. I will definitely call Denommee plumbing again for any future jobs in or around my home that call for a plumber.

Alex and Delia fixed a backflow prevention valve to the irrigation system with smiles and record time. Pleasant, fast, and a reasonable price. Will be happy to use them again in the future.
