We've had to call on Denommee three times in the past 6 months, and all three times have been positive experiences (once to extend an outside gas line and 2x to repair burst water pipes from the cold). I found them to be very punctual and efficient in the work. The guys that came out on each occasion were very professional, friendly and easy to talk with. I highly recommend their services.

It was great having George to check out the issue with the hot water pressure for our house. He explained every step of the way and was very courteous. He was able to diagnose the issue and identified that it was due to a dirty screen inside the mixing valve. It was also easy to make appointments with Denommee. Had a very good experience and will certainly use their service in the future.

Had washer valves that weren’t easily shut off for new install. Called at 10 Mike was here within 4 hours. Cut into wall to replace piping and install new valves. Excellent work and responsiveness.,1st time customer. Will definitely use them next time😀

Denommee did a great job installing a new efficient (condensing) furnace and heat pump, getting things done in a timely manner so I was able to quickly benefit from the installed units! They were courteous and knowledgeable from quote to installation in terms of providing the appropriate setup for my home, and were very responsive when answering questions or where specific requests were made.

I wanted to replace my 10 year old water heater so I spoke with Phil from Denommee who was super friendly and informative. I got a price I was very happy with for a new hot water tank and installation, so I setup my install appointment. Brian and Justin showed up right on time and did an excellent job installing my new water heater, which was purchased through Lowes. About an hour after they had left I realized I was getting no hot water so I called them to let them know. They turned around from where they were heading and came right back to look into the issue. It seems I got the one lemon on the lot so to speak. They went and got me another tank and came back the next day to do a second install. How could you not like that service. Installation was great, guys were friendly and the work was excellent. I couldn't have been happier.

I’m a first time home owner so a lot of things are brand new to me including maintenance of my tankless water heater. After trying to make an appointment with one or two other companies, I called Denommee and they gave me a quote right over the phone, something that other companies weren’t willing to do. Drew was on time, professional, friendly, and he answered every single one of my questions (even things not directly related to my water heater maintenance). The price was fair, and I was assured there was no obligation for them to come back each year for the service, but I will definitely use Denomme going forward for my HVAC needs.

After my old oil boiler died, I called Denommee for an estimate to replace this heating system with a new high efficiency gas system. Not only did they come out the next day, but they provided me with a written estimate within hours of the visit. I was highly impressed by Rick’s professionalism and thoroughness. We discussed other options that I was considering and was able to pivot with additional quotes when I asked for alternatives. Their pricing was inclusive (soup to nuts) and compared as one of the most reasonable estimates out of five. Amanda was able to schedule my installation quickly and helped me fill out the Mass Save rebate forms (thank you!). The installation crew, Matt, Tyler and Adam were also wonderful - arriving on time and finishing in 2 days, as promised. The installation was beautifully completed and removal of the old system was flawless. Finally, the company called to make sure I was happy and followed up a week later with a visit from Bill to make sure everything was set and fine tuned. From the beginning to end, I was impressed by everyone’s helpfulnesses and professionalism. I highly recommend this company for heating system installation and service. Thank you, Denommee!

We had DENOMMEE install our new kitchen last year and are very pleased with the results! And we have had them come back to install a new toilet and make repairs to old plumbing. They stand by their work and warranty. This company is top-shelf and we highly recommend them!

We had an emergency situation with a busted valve on one of our toilets. Kayla answered the phone and was very empathetic and kind. She was able to get us on the schedule for the same day. Service Tech David was on time, professional and did an excellent job taking care of our busted valve repair. Pricing was reasonable and fair.
