I called Fagundes due to a water leak and our tech, Conner is AMAZING. He was knowledgeable, upfront about everything and very pleasant to deal with. I was nervous about this plumbing issue and he helped ease the process. A leaky house is always a headache but I know I'm in good hands!

Sonith and Noah came out to fix my hose spigot. They were quick, efficient, professional, and polite.
I called the company and had an appointment for the next morning - phenomenal! - the plumbers/technicians arrived at the very start of the window I was given, and I received a text message warning me - so professional.
I truly appreciate that they send out emails with the confirmation of the appointment and including a picture of the employee you should expect.
I also appreciate the flexibility of the crew to adapt to a more difficult problem than expected.

Installation of a new Mini Split system. Employees were all very knowledgeable and professional. Took great care to protect everything around while working. We're are very satisfied of all the work they have done at out house from simple plumbing to new furnace setup install. Highly recommend.

The company was extremely responsive with all my needs, all done on time and without any problems.

Also completed tricky project with relocating washer and dryer - needed several different people to make their part of the work - all was perfectly handled for me.

Steve arrived on time and was very knowledgeable! He was able to pin point the issue with my shower system and get it fixed when another company stated that it could not be fixed and opening up walls would be needed.

I worked with Peter from A. Fagundes Plumbing & Heating to get my initial combi boiler + heater quote, and then with Steve and his team to get it installed. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them.

Peter explained all my options very thoroughly and worked to find the right solution for my budget, space constraints, and water usage needs. Steve was extremely professional, finished when they said they would, and cleaned up even more than I expected.

The final installation looks shiny & new and best of all, no more cold showers in the morning. The backoffice even worked with me to submit my MassSave rebate, so I didn't have to mess with that paperwork. I wish all vendor interactions were like this.

The team from Fagundesbis awesome. They are all clean, well mannered, cheerful, and complete to a plan. They arrive with a plan and leave with a plan. We had to work in phases for a new bath rub installation. Great communication. Connor - a great technician. Humble. Sammy...led the team from believe. Happy with work. Can't say enough about Fagundes plumbing. During the hottest week of course my AC unit dies. Called them late afternoon, Eddie the scheduler was more than accommodating and was able to get a tech here the next morning. Ed was great and had it fixed in no time. Great customer service and great technical service. Will NEVER use another HVAC company!

Tammy was fantastic and personable helping to set up an appt. Peter was great with coming out and giving us a quote on our unit and explaining everything to us. When he realized that another company we used never opened or diagnosed the problem he was able to connect us to the service side of their company. Jason was very quick to call and set up an appt to help diagnose the problem with our ac unit.

Kimani and Noah did a great job installing my sink and replacing my kitchen faucet. Kimani also replaced a broken pipe in my basement last year. Nice guys who answered all my questions, even gave me handyman info for some of my other projects. Patient with my 90-degree house filled with animals. Every part of working with A Fagundes has been easy and customer-centric. They were able to come out 3 days after I called and the guy on the phone said Cool Beans a lot which I loved. We will have them back soon for the next one of our countless house projects.
