Although we really didn't want to have to replace our hot water heater, I cannot express how happy we are with the prompt service we received from A Fagundes Plumbing. In the event of needing plumbing services in the future, We will definitely return to them.

Well, it was actually the well pump, it developed a little leak, the area had a couple inches of water. It leaked on and off before, but this time it was a gentle spritz and time to fix it. I shut the water off, released the pressure and just waited a few days, and they were the first to respond. The pipes were over 20 years old, so it was time. The two younger kids showed up, had it figured out, had to buy the whole assembly of pipes which includes the drain valve, pressure regulator, another valve and whatever else came with it. The whole tank was removed, set aside while they works on it, I asked and they and the gave me a chance to clean the tank with bleach as long as it was out. Parts were perhaps $350, it was about $1100 in total. I can do stuff, I installed some plumbing, sinks, bathroom, shower and stuff but needed this done fast and right.
Good job, looks like new, hasn't leaked again (it better not) but the warranty is just 60 days. Better last longer!!

Plumbing work was done great. Didn’t have correct tools for drain cleaning service and had to call a different company which was a few more hundred dollars. Would have been 5 stars if they could have done the complete job

They “repaired” our heating system when we were effected by the Merrimack gas incidents and inside of 1 year the heating thermostat stopped working. They installed what they obviously charged the gas company the most expensive electric thermostat. Done inside of a year they show up and charge a ridiculous amount for a substandard replacement. They put in a hot water heater and now that’s gone. If you want to hire a professional and competent contractor…. Keep looking because they aren’t your solution. They must have taken Columbia to the cleaners and they took us with them … avoid at all costs.

Jeremy was vary nice and professional. Come out twice and both times was on time and did everything i needed done. He clean up after the job was done. Great people they have working for this company. Would recommend.

Rob Fereshetian and Kenny came to replace a toilet. I asked if they would also install a kitchen faucet, which they did. They were courteous, friendly, and immaculate. They did an outstanding job! A true asset to A. Fagundes!

Peter came on time for an estimate for a heat pump installation. He provides multiple opinion for our needs and he is very courteous and professional. Highly recommended！

We have used Fagundes for a half bath install in our basement and also recently to fix our broken AC unit. They are excellent: punctual, professional, communicative, and patient. They explain everything to you to make sure all questions are answered. Their work is neat and top notch

Paul D performed the diagnostic on our AC units and immediately found the problem. Then he installed the fix and was very professional throughout explaining everything every step of the way. He’s an excellent technician and we feel so grateful that he was able to support us and our home today

James performed maintenance on our furnace units and was excellent: punctual, communicative, and helped explain everything so that we could understand all the maintenance that was done

We just had our basement wet bar installed. Jeremy came out to complete the final finish. Just like the other techs who’ve been to our home: he was communicative and super respectful. We have been working closely with Susan who has been Coordinating this project from start to finish. She has been so helpful and kind to help us schedule and complete the project.
