I would not recommend this company as their service is shocking. Less than 5 years ago, they installed our Mitsubishi splits because my brother, based in Lowell, recommended them. For both my brother's family and us, the splits have not lasted 5 years because the line sets that they chose to install were prone to corrosion and leaked. Jason refused to come to our house (after speaking with his manager) because we are now "outside of his service area" so we are left to fend for ourselves in replacing their poor quality work. We were in their service area when we invested tens of thousands of dollars less than five years ago but are now conveniently on our own. We will also be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau.

Excellent service and value again from A. Fagundes Plumbing! The plumber, Jeremy, arrived early, took time to understand the issue and fully diagnose it, and then kept me informed thru the whole repair process. When an additional repair appeared, he took me through the options and provided the estimates on the spot. I didn't expect the under-sink water filter and faucet installation could happen on the same day, but he did it and it's just what I'd hoped for. We ended the visit with a tour of the work done and final review of the bill. Extremely professional, leaving everything cleaned and ready to use.

They did a good job removing a gas pipe from a stove. Easy to contact, quick and good communication. Expensive - nearly $500 for 1 hour of work with no parts except to cap the line. Also, when they shutoff the gas they didn't relight the hot water heater so my family woke up next day to an ice cold showers.

This company is absolutely phenomenal! I placed a call for a tech to come diagnose a broken electric tankless water heater. The tech Rob arrived within an hour and told me exactly what he could do and provided us a very reasonable quote. We proceeded to schedule the service and had the repairs done just 2 days later by Connor and Brian who went above and beyond what we were expecting. Plus they beat out the price of the other companies I contacted by nearly 5k. I will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend you give them a call.

We recently had Fagundes come out to our home to do a variety of projects and so far have been extremely happy with the results. The big project was installing a whole house filtration system. The sales person who came out was knowledgeable and explained how they have a system that is specifically designed to deal with city water issues. Not only does our water taste better, but the red 'rust' color that always is left is no longer on anything. Totally worth it!

We also had them rebuild the inside of a toilet, as well as PM our Navien hot water heater and our Weil McLean steam boiler. Everything has worked perfectly since their visit three weeks ago. Thank you very much!!

I recently had the pleasure of having Jorge Baiz from A. Fagundes perform our annual maintenance. I am extremely impressed with his work and professionalism. He meticulously completed all the tasks outlined in the invoice and patiently addressed all my concerns, providing detailed explanations.

Jorge went above and beyond, identifying issues that arose while inspecting the heating system and making sure the boiler was functioning optimally. His expertise was also evident as he checked our condenser and three mini-split units, tuning them up with precision. Jorge even took the time to fix the carrier fluid cover outside our house using a ladder.

Not only did Jorge excel in his technical work, but he was also very personable and kind. A. Fagundes installed my heat pump system to replace an old gas/AC that was failing as well as several smaller jobs for plumbing and heating. The service, quality, and professionalism they exhibit each time they have come to do work has been outstanding and I recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Needed a stove exhaust flue repaired to pass an inspection. Called and they had a tech on site within 30 minutes. Simply amazing. I've used before for furnace cleaning, and these guys are amazing. Unheard of service level these days!

My entire adult life I've done the Lion's share of my own plumbing work, but once we got one of these new combination heat and hot water spaceships, I just decided I'm too old for such nonsense. The whole team at Fagundes it's great, top to bottom. They are as responsive as you can get these days, do quality work, and their rates are perfectly reasonable. I have a maintenance agreement with them for that very reason, the only one I've got for anything, and I just recommend them in general.
