SMART CLIMATE HVAC

I had an old 80% efficiency gas furnace in my basement. And it’s gave up right before the first freeze. Called Smart Climate for a quote, Alex came the same day for a free estimate for my project. He sent me an email with a quote within a few hours after visit. I was planning to replace my furnace with the high efficiency one, but i didn’t want to overpay for the brand name and fancy things that I don’t need. Alex suggested me to install a system with the variable speed motor which was $300 more at initial cost than the furnace with a regular motor, but I could get a rebate for a $1000 later with that furnace.
Also he explained me how the Mass Save rebate program works.
In fact I have spent much less money for a better system with a higher efficiency. And I just got my rebate from mass save so I decided to post the review.

Alex (not me, but the owner of Smart Climate :) is very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. I'm not an expert in the HVAC field but I think they pay attention to detail which is very important. We're doing renovations on an older 3-family home in Norwood and I'm very happy with the work thus far.

I found this service via Google. I bought my house last winter with a 30 year old scary looking heating system. I knew I would need a new system ASAP before this winter. I read the reviews and decided to call.
Alex came out and surveyed the job and explained everything from what I will need, how to get my rebate from MassSave, etc he is very professional. 3 long days for him and his team, he arrived on time very organized and worked all day. After the 3 days you could not tell all that work was done, they cleaned up so well.
The only thing I am disappointed about is that they would not accept my bottled water. LOL.
I do not write reviews but I had to this time. I am overly pleased with the look of my new heating system and the warmth of the house. I got a great deal and I highly recommend SMART CLIMATE HVAC and will use in the future.

I reached out to Alex last week to get a quote for a AC tune up. As all the reviews here have mentioned, he is very responsive and charges a fair rate. Other companies I have reached out to for whatever reason stopped contacting me. Anyways, very happy he was able to come to my unit today and wear a mask.

He also gave me great a suggestion for my air filtering system. I've noticed my AC is running way better now than before. He has another customer for life!

Called Smart Climate HVAC in the early afternoon to take a look at my HVAC which stopped blowing hot air the day before. Alex promised he would come out that same evening. After a few hours, my HVAC miraculously began to work again. I called Alex to explain. He took the time to speak with me about my troubleshooting and what may have caused the HVAC to give out for over a day and suddenly begin working again. He was extremely professional throughout our conversation, and it was clear he possesses a deep and profound knowledge of HVACs. I decided to continue monitoring the situation, and although he didn’t have to come out this time, I can rest easy knowing that at the first sign of trouble I can contact Smart Climate. Highly recommended.

Had my ac down a couple weeks ago. Ac was blowing a warm air. Called Smart Climate at 4pm Alex came within a couple hours and fix the problem!!! What a response! He spent good amount of time while checking up on my ac system and making sure that everything works correctly after the repair. And the price was reasonable.
