Alex was great! When I lost my heat last month, I scheduled an appointment for a Monday for repair, but when the weather suddenly turned colder, Alex called and said he would come by on Saturday morning, his day off. He worked tirelessly for hours (It's in old furnace and the blower motor was stuck) and got my heat working again. He did not charge any overtime rates like some other companies do. He also took the time to answer all my questions. He was pleasant, honest, clean, very knowledgable, and his rates were some of the best. I would hire him again in a minute! Thanks Alex!

Wanted to pursue proposals to have a new central air conditioning system installed in our home. Alex was hands down the best when it came to communication and following through with scheduling. We had Smart Climate remove our broken steam system and install two heat pump systems. One for upstairs and one for downstairs. We couldn’t be happier. They showed up on time and were very flexible with our schedule. They worked very quietly and very clean. Alex always responded in a timely fashion to email and text messages.

Alex was fantastic!! He did a great job installing my new AC unit. He is extremely conscientious and pays a lot of attention to detail. His pricing is also amazing. I had 6 other contractor give me pricing. He came in substantially less than all the other bids I received. I would honestly like to see him get all the work he can handle. Few days ago Alex installed Mitsubishi heat pumps in our house. Prompt response and reasonable price. The work was performed very professionally. I will definitely recommend Alex and will use his service in the future. Great job!

As other reviews noted, Alex is responsive, provides good advice and the price was reasonable. I shopped around before hand, other contractors were decent but Alex was great at providing sound advice.
Him and his team wore protective equipment, covered up areas before starting work and cleaned up afterwards.
What hit it out of the park was his explanation behind his logic. That really shows how much he cares about his customers and reputation.

Alex and his team did a fantastic job and left everything as clean as they left it. They completely replaced my furnace/water heater and added heating and cooling to my upstairs. Very professional and nice people. Really do their best to satisfy everything you want/need.
