Benny was a great technician! I called and he asked some questions over the phone to try and figure out the problem with our heater. He showed up 45 minutes later with everything needed for the job. My furnace broke down one day after realizing the house unusually cold. I went online to read on the issue to identify whether I can be able to solve it on my ow. Hardly did I know how complicated it would be for me.
