Ed was on time, pleasant to talk with, and knowledgeable about his products and services. He provided some additional options for heat pumps that others have not.

I would highly recommend EML Mechanical for any HVAC needs. I have had issues with my HVAC since I moved in. Most of my issues stemmed from it not being installed properly and cheap materials being used. I was constantly calling companies for repairs due. It was bad enough that I had to call some one out 11 times one year just to keep the system going through a summer. I was paying a fortune just to keep the system running.

I was having bad air flow issues with the system to the point I needed a window AC in my bedroom. The original quote I got to fix it was very high. I contacted Eddie at EML for a second opinion he gave me a much fairer price then what i was originally given. When I contacted Eddie it was during a heat wave and being a new customer I did not think I would be able to get an appointment any time soon, I was wrong. Eddie fit me into his schedule with in a matter of days even though he was very busy.

On the day of my appointment they were there early and ready to go. They were extremely professional and got right to work. They found many issues with my system while they were working on it and they went above and beyond to fix every single one. They really did way more then they had too. By the time they were done you could feel the change through out my place. I no longer have to use a window AC in my bedroom, my HVAC does not have to run as often as it use to, and it cools down my place so much faster.

After they were done they stayed to check everything and make sure it was working properly before they left. The biggest part for me is Eddie was very honest with me, he did not jack up the price at all for any of the extra work he did. I payed what he originally quoted me there were not hidden fees or last minute charges. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with from the moment I contacted him. I will definitely continue to use him in the future and I highly recommend going through him for all your HVAC needs.

I live in a 100 year old house. Everyone told me how difficult it is to retrofit an older house for central AC so I have been putting it off as long as I could. This year, I finally decided to finish the attic and install Central AC. A friend of mine highly recommended EML Mechanical so I called them and Eddie came over for an assessment.

Eddie is extremely knowledgeable about all the available options and new systems (various new ductless and ducted systems). He listened to my goals for finishing the attic and the future floor plan. Then he thoroughly explained the best possible options for my project which would be more energy efficient, look better, and take up far less space outside the house.

Eddie and his team are absolutely awesome! Their professionalism, responsiveness, and high quality work is much appreciated. I work from home and this team was so thoughtful and professional in keeping the space clean. The ducted mini split systems were installed as scheduled and on time. Ed was awesome! Very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. Took the time to communicate all of the details of the new built-in humidifier system that he installed. It was a tricky job given our tight space, but he was able to make it work with a really polished final installation. Would highly recommend.

EML Mechanical is top-knotch. We had a Bryant rooftop AC system go down and had another HVAC company take a look and they didn’t have a clue what was going on. Ed showed up and knew the system (10 years old) like the back of his hand, gave me tips on maintenance and repairs, and put forward a recommendation on how to move forward with regular servicing. Fair, straightforward, and honest—couldn’t ask for a better go-to HVAC guy. I won’t be calling anyone else in the future.

Experience with Eddie from an emergency A/C malfunction in attic causing major damage to my home (immediate response - no response from HVAC company I had for 15 years) to replacement of failed unit absolutely exceptional. I worked with Eddie at EML to install ductless minisplits at a property of ours - he was easy to work with, his pricing was competitive and he was very responsive. We highly recommend EML Mechanical for AC installation and maintenance. We used them to replace two zones of air conditioning (outside condensers and inside air handlers) using new Carrier equipment. The air handlers were located in tricky places - one in a small attic space and another in a crawl space - but they handled it like pros. They were very responsive with estimates and right on time with service. Prices are very fair. The crew was professional and did a clean job inside and outside the house. Eddie was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
