EML got my HVAC system completely serviced. Thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and mold free. Furnace and ducts. I already can breathe better. He and his partner Marcus were friendly, prompt, professional, and did an amazing job. I have struggled to find good contractors to do any kind of home services these days, good work is hard to find, but am ecstatic to have found an HVAC person I can trust. On top of this, his prices were more than reasonable and lower than anyone else I had come out for a quote. Our system is pretty old, and instead of trying to up sell us on replacing the whole thing like some other companies I won't name, he instead completely serviced our current system until it looked and functioned good as new, and we should now get a few more years out of it.

We had our heating go out while we were out of town (just saw the data coming through on our nest app). It was alarming being so far from home and not being able to remedy the situation at all, but Ed took our call right away and found time to get to our house and meet up with our neighbor to very quickly diagnose and remedy the situation just before a major drop in temps and big winter storm. He was great to communicate with, super knowledgeable, and most importantly had the “I actually want to help my customers and make sure their places are running safely” attitude. Exactly the kind of friendly expert service I was hoping for, and he’ll be my first call for any future HVAC and plumbing needs.

Ed *spectacularly* diagnosed our overheating furnace (after two other technicians left us without fixing the problem). And he also performed full maintenance of the furnace and gave useful advices. I highly recommend Ed and will certainly call him again for any HVAC work we may have in the future.

I would highly recommend EML Mechanical to anyone in the area needing HVAC work. Eddie and his crew came and installed a ductless heat pump in the third floor of my house. They were prompt, professional, and explained thoroughly what they were going to do during the installation and took the time to answer any questions we had during the process. A few months later and everything is still working exactly as planned. I will definitely be contacting them again for similar projects.
