Green Collar

Had some insulation work done yesterday. The 3 Gentleman that came were very kind, courteous & professional. Noticed the difference as soon as I walked in my door. Really wish I got the names of the 3 gentlemen that came, so I can thank them for helping to keep my family warm. With Covid they wore their masks the entire 8hrs. finished a two day project in one day! cleaned up after themselves left no evidence that work was even done to the home. Thank you so much guys, keep up the good work!

Green Collar is great, I worked with Brian throughout a large project on an investment property in Amherst. We hit some unexpected bumps and they worked through them with grace and even accommodated my being out of town the week the work was scheduled. I already have 2 more jobs lined up with them! Green Collar was the contractor that handled the insulation I put in my new house through the MassSave program. They were very professional and very responsive with any questions or special requests I had. Their staff was both polite and efficient. The woman doing the scheduling was also very helpful and managed to get me on the calendar quickly.
MassSave had a program that would fund insulation in my attic up to R49, but I wanted more insulation to match the highest tier recommended for energy conservation in New England. Green Collar gave me three prices of what I could pay to add more insulation (added at the same time as the insulation being installed through the MassSave program) for my small ranch house. I ended up paying $401 for additional insulation to be blown into the attic (from R49 to R66). I find the heat retention in the house is really great. I can turn off the heat 2-3 hours before leaving the house and it is still warm until I leave. Many thanks to Green Collar for their great work.

Green Collar insulated my 1904 house that I bought a couple months back and have been doing renovation on. It had NO insulation on the second floor. I am really happy I went with green collar - they are professional and knowledgable and they follow through. I looked at a couple companies to do the work and they were by far the best.
