Green Collar

After many years of sweating through humid New England summers, my wife and I finally decided to pull the trigger on Ductless Mini-Splits for our home after learning they would actually be able to provide heat as well freeing us from terrible electric baseboards.
We requested quotes from many different installers but Green Collar was far and away the best on price and truly took the time to understand our situation and needs and got us set-up with a far better and more efficient system than we would've ended up with otherwise.
The installation took only parts of 3 days, including the use of an independent, licensed electrician (included in the quote), and only a few weeks to schedule from the quote.
We look forward to the coming summer heat knowing we now have a comfortable home and won't be confined to the bedroom with a single loud window unit.
I can't recommend Green Collar for any mini-split job enough, especially with the Mass Save rebates being offered now. You'd be crazy not to.

We recently utilized Green Collar via MassSave audit to insulate a large portion of our attic space and surrounding areas. The team that arrived did so as communicated and worked cleanly and efficiently. They were very friendly and accommodating to work from home needs, children home, pets. etc. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the amount of time it took to complete it. At the end of each day they cleaned all areas that were worked in and left the area as found. We highly recommend this contractor for your insulation needs.

Al and his crewmates were on time, hardworking, competent, and really pleasant to have around for the day-long air sealing and insulation project. They were quite neat, and took care not to trample the plantings around the house. Highly recommended.

We had insulation blown in the attic and some additional air sealing in the attic and basement. They were on time (even communicated the day before, due to a winter storm coming), the 2 young men were very courteous and professional. Asked more than once if we had any questions, were great about trying not to track snow through the house and cleaned up after themselves! They even let us know a few things, like our bathroom fan was not venting properly and tat there was condensation on some nails in the attic. Definitely plan to use them again!!

Green collar to the rescue! We have been losing heat from all over since we moved into our home in December and they were quick to stop it all.
