Green Collar

Had Brian from Green Collar come out and do an audit on my home’s insulation. I asked the Brian to give me a call when he was on his way so that I could make sure I would be home. He called me the day before and the day of. He made sure that the meeting time was acurate and convenient.

He came in and was very knowledgeable and informative about what he was doing and the options that I had. He also put up with my two dogs that love strangers. I received a quote very fast and will be scheduling a day for them to insulate in the near future.

Green Collar is by far the most professional and knowledgeable insulation specialists in our area. We own multiple rental properties . We will never hire anyone else. They go above and beyond to surpass your expectations.

After dealing with huge scheduling problems with American Installations, I called GREEN COLLAR. They came the next day to assess my insulation needs and came up with a plan. Brian was very patient with me when I decided to go through MassSave. When they got the go ahead to do the job, they fit me in within two days. It was awesome. Thank you Brian. You did a great job.

We were very impressed with the young men who came to our house to do our insulation project in the attic. They were all very courteous and respectful and very clean!!!Always asked to make sure they were not in the way or really being too intrusive. As we reviewed our Mass Saves information, we realized there is an option to choose the company to do the work. We read information on different companies and called several, including Green Collar. From that first conversation to the last, we found Green Collar to be clear and responsive. To a person, each was thoughtful, direct, helpful, courteous, competent and professional. We needed a few additional things done that were not part of the Mass Saves program. They were able to advise us and do some of these for us in adition to the MassSaves items. What a great company and group of people. We highly recommend Green Collar.

The Green Collar team was highly professional. They went above and beyond our expectations. They were on time, personable and courteous. For customer service and workmanship I’d rate them an A+.

The work crew was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient!! They explained the work that was getting done and also found some small additions that MassSave missed on the home energy audit. They asked before adding these cost-saving measures. Would definitely recommend!!!

This insulation contractor was awarded my work through MassSave. I was told by MassSave that the job would be inspected by them after Green Collar did the job. No one ever called or showed up to do the inspection. After a year of having two knees replaced I was able to get up in the attic and inspect for myself. At that time I found a board left against my gable vent, an extension chord plugged in and a very sloppy job. I cannot recommend this contractor or MassSave for not following up. I have called the contractor and MassSave but no response.

Insulation exterior house, basement, and attic. Very professional, friendly, and nice! They said what they were going to do, they were informative about the process and came to us readily with any issues they encountered. We are incredibly satisfied and thankful!

Very courteous workers. They explain what they were doing. They blew in new insulation in our attic. Left everything very clean. Also put a vent in the front of the house. Thank you Green Collar, excellent job, would recommend.
