The Lawrence sales and installation staff were very professional. Two visits were made to our house before installation. All questions were answered and the process was completely explained. The job was done on time with the least amount of disruption. We are now enjoying our A/C system and would recommend Lawrence to family, friends and neighbors.

I relocated last August and knew I would need an air system for the next summer. I did lots of research for what would work in my small 1938 colonial. Once I decided that a mini split system might be the best answer, I called 3 companies. I not only wanted quotes but professional advice. Aaron with Lawrence Air was far and away the gold standard. We have our annual contract for Heating and AC maintenance with Lawrence. It's well worth it to keep systems at tip top performance. Also we then get discounted repair service. Our service person today arrive promptly and was very knowledgeable, friendly yet very professional. He quickly diagnosed the cause of our upstairs heating problem and reset a switch that had kicked out. He advised us to call if it reoccurs and they will be right out to replace a part, that he identified and noted in our records , which may have caused the switch to kick out. The maintence part of his service, replacement of filters and so forth was thorough, well done and nicely explained. It was a hugely positive experience and no extra charge beyond the regular winter maintence. Five stars to Lawrence Heating & AC!!!

Simply amazing experience. We contacted several AC companies for new complete install of AC in our older home (no duct work). No other company could figure out how to install central AC well until we found Lawrence. Aaron and Brian and their whole team were incredible to deal with, figured out how to design a multi-zoned central air system, installed and hid all the duct work, and did it all while being incredibly professional, responsive, and nice. Don't bother calling any other company, just call Lawrence and let them fix/install your HVAC system.

We really appreciate the whole experience. The technicians were not only very pleasant, punctual and did their best to keep everything clean. They were also being very careful to distance and remain masked during this stupid Corona crisis. It was nice to have "guests" around for a change!
We also appreciated being advised who was arriving and when.
When we had a bit of difficulty with one of the thermostats they responded immediately to take care of it.
All we need now is the warm weather to test it out!

I had the annual maintenance check done this morning. The technician was a very good reflection of the company. He was on time, professional in his efficiency and demeanor and a personable guy that you’d appreciate having as a guest in your home. I had this company install my system and service it for maintenance over the years since and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking to have a system installed or maintained.

Ashley and Brandon were excellent to work with and got our AC back in no time. They explained everything they were going to do before they did it and gave us a cost estimate first. They were friendly and professional. We were kept up to date re: arrival time and were here on time. I would highly recommend Lawrence Air.
