Great work and highly trained engineer's. I would recommend them for any heating and cooling systems and repair.

On Monday & Tuesday Jose’ & Nick installed a Trane furnace in the basement. On Friday Nick & John installed a Trane AC Condenser outside. On Friday David dropped by in the afternoon to review the project and answered my several questions. All involved were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked hard to bring the project to a successful conclusion. My upgraded AC system was installed this week.
Every technician was knowledgeable and respectful. They took Covid precautions while in my home. They were very careful to protect the areas they worked in and to clean all work areas before they left. Everything they did they explained to me and helped me learn the new thermostat. Thank you so much.

We have been using Lawrence for years for heating. They have always been great shot setting up appointments around our schedule needs, always on time, professional and very clean. We have had them quote on AC as well and although we have not yet done that project they were thorough as well as very informative. It's nice to not feel like someone's trying to upsell you or do extra work on your systems to just make money and for that I'll continue to use them.

We had a problem with our on demand hot water heater/boiler. Called their emergency line, technician was very nice and honest, made an appointment for him to come out Monday. Brian came out, looked over our system, called the manufacturer to make sure the parts needed were covered under warranty, ordered the part overnight, came and installed the part, got our heat working better than before and had the hot water flowing like a dream. He bled the lines, and explained the system to us, so we knew exactly what we needed to do. Brian was very personable and polite, answered every question and made sure we were 100% all set before leaving. We will definitely use them to pm our system yearly.

From initial contact to install follow-up, their service, communication and work was excellent . We had 4 different companies come to our home to discuss whole-home ductless mini-split systems install. It was obvious after meeting with Lawrence that they stood out from other companies. They helped inform and take care of the rebate process working closely with National Grid, and went out of their way to ensure all systems were functioning properly and optimally post-install. It was obvious they care about the work they do, the homes they're helping and they definitely know their stuff. Having worked a bit for a building-science focused contractor and having a design background, it stood out to me that Aaron/Lawrence Systems was willing to consider and quote alternative or non-standard solutions I was interested in investigating, and that they were doing proper, more detailed engineering behind the scenes.
Very smooth process start to finish, you will not be disappointed. I consider this part of our home too critical to skimp on quality such that paying for the best equipment and the best contractor was well worth it to us.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and prompt. Provided detailed breakdown of the work to be performed. Answered questions I had about improving our air quality and was able to provide written information during the service call. I train service associates in a different industry but there are some “universals” of excellent customer service which Lawrence Air Systems, Inc. clearly demonstrated.

Our AC needed a warranty repair but the company that installed it does not provide service. Lawerence evaluated the system and handled all the details of obtaining the part from the manufacturer. Their tech not only did the repair but also uncovered a problem with the original installation that was causing high energy usage and putting strain on the compressor. They kept us in the loop while waiting for the part and their dispatch system was great and, best of all, they showed-up for each appointment when promised. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful and we would not hesitate to call them again.

I recently had repair work done on my old heating system and had air conditioning installed by Lawrence Air Systems Inc. I was totally satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. This is a great and reputable company in our area. We have engaged them for full home heating and cooling services for the last four years. They have consistently been very responsive, fair on pricing and have sent truly pleasant, trustworthy and knowledgeable service technicians. When the heat went out recently due to a bad board, they were very responsive and came out during the weekend. They did a similarly great job and we had to replace an old air conditioner, and the owner spent time consulting with me to work out an upgrade to more energy-efficient equipment. They are good at diagnosing the problem and getting the work done quickly. I would highly recommend this company.
