Brandon was knowledgeable, thorough (tested twice after repair/maintenance), friendly and kind (helped me bungee back a tree so it didn’t get damaged), quick (15-20 mins) and reasonable (took and wore a mask when coming inside). Will definitely be using Lawrence again.

They installed our new system last fall and did an excellent job. We were so pleased with their employees, professionalism, cleanup and more. We had them back to do a spring maintenance to get ready for summer. Came out immediately. Again, great service and great technician. I would recommend them to anyone.

Lawrence Air Systems is a great company. I would highly recommend them for your heating and AC systems. Their technicians are the best. Very knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful and nice group of people. The people in the office are also very nice. It's also great to call the company and get a human to talk to and not some recording.

When I moved into my house, I called Lawrence Air Systems to replace my furnace. I am glad I did because they were great! I was so pleased with their service I had them come back to install a ductless system as well. They were very professional and knowledgeable. During both installs, they walked me through everything and answered any questions I had. They worked quickly and were clean. Both systems are working perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Everyone we dealt with at Lawrence was helpful, straightforward and a pleasure to work with in general. Lawrence was one of several companies we talked with about a heat pump installation, and the whole process - from talking with Aaron about which system was the best fit for the house and with Brian about the installation process - went as smoothly as we could have hoped. The company doesn't use subcontractors, and it was clear that Lucien and Matt, who were at the house for quite a few days installing the system, were exceptionally good at their jobs and actually cared about how the whole thing turned out. There was an attention to detail that I appreciated, let me put it that way. I also have no doubt that if a problem does come up that Lawrence will stand by their work, and the product.

I am a first time home owner and bought a house with an older heating/cooling system. I was concerned with whom I was going to be able to contact to perform maintenance on the system. A friend suggested Lawrence Air Systems and I am glad I contacted them. I was able to have an appointment 1 day following my phone call for maintenance service. Jose was prompt and very professional. He found the system needed a few new pieces and ordered and installed them 2 days later.
