The technician, Brian, was pleasant and professional. He took the time to explain everything, and the work order he left me with was detailed and precise.

We have been customers of Lawrence Air Systems for 18 years. They installed and maintained our HVAC system in a home we had built and when we moved to our current home, we had Lawrence Air maintain our HVAC systems. This week we had Lawrence Air install a new furnace and air conditioning system with an iWave system. Customer service is always great and Brandon and Jeffrey did a great job on the instillation and kept us well informed. They were very professional and polite. Dave from Lawrence Air stopped by at least twice that I saw to help and he went over with us every item that the replacement included was completed. Each of the three days of work was ended with the work area cleaned so well, you would never know work had been done in the area. Highly recommend Lawrence Air. Their employees that I have interacted with over the years are just excellent and work very well together to meet their customer’s need. Thank you!

I’ve been using Lawrence Air Systems for quite a few years now. They never disappoint. Always professional, respectful and polite. They always call before there arrival time to let you know there on there way. The only reason I chose Lawrence was because my plumber said they were the only ones he would recommend. He was right. I highly recommend Lawrence Air Systems. We're so glad we hired LAS to install our ductless heat pump heating/cooling system. I was referred to LAS by from a good friend who hired LAS to install an AC system in their home. My friend said several others in his neighborhood recommended LAS to him. The service was excellent - from selecting the system, financing, to installing. It was one of the most satisfying, smooth home improvement projects I've experienced in the last 33 years. Everyone involved in the project was friendly, responsive, and timely, and clearly communicated. The salesperson called a week in advance to confirm the visit and called again shortly before his arrival. He clearly explained the recommended model and provided a proposal before leaving. He itemized the costs of labor, materials, profit, tax so I could understand the costs before purchasing. He immediately replied to my followup emails with questions about the product, financing, and installation. The application for 0%, 36 month financing was very simple. The installers arrived on time and completed the installation in a timely manner. They made sure I understood how to the use the system and clean the filter before leaving.

The team was so professional, kind, clean and neat. They cleaned up every day, wore booties, lay down drop cloths, and I felt safe letting them into my home when no one was there. They were very respectful and answered all my questions patiently. I would hire Lawrence Air again.

We have been considering AC for our 100+ year old house for many years. After seeking several recommendations, we scheduled an appointment with Aaron. We appreciated the Lawrence story about being a family owned and operated business. The sales appointment was never rushed and I had the quote from Lawrence within a couple of days. Since the price was in our range and financing and service contract they offered was very reasonable, we decided not to look any further! And I am so glad! Tricia in the office was responsive and helpful throughout the scheduling and financing process. Our installation and service technicians, Brian and Lucien, showed up on time and ready for work each day (3 days installation). Since all of this was happening during COVID-19, Brian and Lucien had to work efficiently and quietly around my work-from-home office in the middle of the dining room! They were polite and incredibly respectful -- they put drop cloths throughout the house and cleaned up after each workday. Except for some furniture out-of-place for a few days, we experienced little disruption. Our new AC is up and running -- we are thrilled with our product and glad we chose to work with Lawrence Air Systems.

The technician Z had been to my house before to repair the humidifier and again he was terrific. He was friendly, quick and efficient. However, I am very unhappy with the humidifier we purchased with our gas furnace a few years ago. We have not had any issues with the furnace, but we have had several issues with the humidifier requiring expensive service calls and this time Z had to replace the pump, which was very costly. Service wise- they get an A, but the humidifier gets a D-. Receptionist is always very pleasant and helpful.
11/1/22 Brandon came to do the annual maintenance for my gas furnace today.
He was professional and courteous. He remembered to bring a new furnace filter, as well as a new pad for my humidifier. He was quick and efficient. Rachel was very pleasant in the office. So glad we chose Lawrence.

Fast response- I called in the morning and the repair person came in the afternoon. The problem required a new part, which he had in the truck. My heater was fixed in about an hour. The fees are high and the tech didn’t keep his mask on while at my house, but I would recommend them for quick, effective service.

Brandon was professional and was able to diagnose the problem swiftly, which happened to be a user error. Anyway heat is back , recommended for heating or cooling matters.
