I am a new customer with an old air conditioner. The system had stopped working and Lawrence sent a technician who went by "Z". I had a really good experience. He was early, efficient, knowledgeable, and answered my many questions with patience and clarity. He also made several repairs in just a few hours and it is again up and running. The tech was very helpful with information regarding my furnace! He explained the CO thresholds for RI Energy after he took CO readings. He explained how my fan should remain running after the thermostat has been satisfied and took the time to replace screws which held the piping in place! We were very impressed with the way Lawrence went through a detailed analysis of our home and our personal needs in order to customize a mini split system for us. We also felt that we were treated with the respect that is really warranted when making a substantial investment: communications were timely and our questions and concerns were given careful attention. We moved into a new house and before we moved in the water heater was replaced. Long story short, it was not installed properly, and created issues with our heating system.
This was the only company to call me back and offer service before mid-November (almost 4 weeks out).
Brian was patient, clear in his explanations, and gave us clear instructions for future possible needs.
While it wasn't a fix I was expecting, great service and will recommend them for anyone with HVAC repairs.

I was able to get an appointment just a week out from my initial call, and they even called me a day earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation to see if I wanted to move my appointment up a day. On the day of our appointment, our technician, Joseph, was fantastic! He was right on time, professional and knowledgeable, and explained everything to us in a way we were easily able to understand. We will definitely use them again for our HVAC needs!
