We got several quotes from varying degrees of price points and professionalism before choosing Lawrence to replace two HVACs and AC systems in our home. They have been incredibly professional from start to finish. Ray from sales was super patient with all of our questions and the install crew Sean and Brandon were so polite, they did great quality work, and cleaned up after themselves everyday. Considering they were working in our bathroom it was such a nice surprise to walk into a clean bathroom after a long day of them working. I can’t recommend them enough. We took the time and did the research to find a trustworthy company so maybe you won’t have to.

What a joke! We a service technician come out to diagnose our system after a high electric bill in our house we just bought. The tech walked the house and looked at our air handlers, thermostats and compressor units. He hooked his gauges up to 3 compressor units and made a diagnosis that 1 had “bad valves” and needed to be replaced. I let the technician know that one of our air handlers was making a knocking sound and he shrugged his shoulders. No repairs were performed and the total visit took less than and hour even considering the 2 personal phone calls the tech received.

We were then charged $525. 175 for each ac system that was “serviced”. I then had another company come out and they immediately found that the cause of the knocking in the wall from the air handler was a filter that had literally never been changed. 175 to service our unit and they didn’t even check the filter?!

This company is extremely overpriced and not thorough. Look elsewhere ..

Hello-
I never called into question the diagnoses your tech made on the issues with the condenser units outside. Though, I believe your pricing (which was never disclosed prior to or during the appointment) is suspect. Why is the price for the 2nd and 3rd units the exact same as the first when you're already on location? Much of the cost of the diagnoses must be in the time spend getting to the site. I definitely understand how you afford such a nice fleet of vehicles with beautiful metallic lettering. Also, the tech noticed low air flow on the system with the never changed filter and knocking noise from the wall next to it. Mayyyybe check the filter..

I’ve used Lawrence Air Systems for years and they have always been highly professional, knowledgeable and incredibly personable people. Two years ago my refrigerator ice machine leaked into my AC vents and could potentially have caused severe problems with mold. They came almost instantly, checked it out, found the cause and came back after it was repaired to be sure no mold was growing. I am a Lawrence Air super fan!!!
Addendum: 5/30/23 Unfortunately, our neighbors had a very negative experience with Lawrence Air. Our neighbors lost their AC in the middle of a heat wave last summer. The technician came in a timely manner and quickly resolve the problem by replacing a part. When the time came to pay, the cost was $400 for the visit, which was reasonable given the holiday weekend, but they were charged $400 for the small part that was in the truck already. Our neighbor looked up the cost of the part online and it was $50. That kind of price gouging is unacceptable to me. As much as I, admire this company, I hope that they will rethink their practices and remember that in this time of inflation, we are all struggling to pay our bills. I have decided to stop using Lawrence Air.

The service technician they sent out to our home was professional, courteous and straightforward. He serviced the furnace, troubleshooted for a while and ultimately found the reason for no heat and fixed it. He gave us some much appreciated tips and advice for maximizing the service life of our furnace. Thank you!

The team of workers were pleasant and courteous, and they generally met expectations. The biggest problem was that they cut away a larger part of some plantings than was necessary, and they did so without first notifying us. They also used a leaner on the I door wall units that seems to have permanently marred the finish, but we're expecting them to replace those parts.

I did not use their service, per se. However, their tech, John, did an assessment and estimate for heating duct cleaning. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I can definitely recommend them for their customer service!

The installation went very smoothly. The men were professional and their work was very high quality. They were careful and respectful of the the rest of the house. Lucien and Will did the majority of the install. Lucien was here today to finish up and is a gem. He takes pride in his work. All the men were professional, asked if we had any questions, cleaned up after themselves. I recommend them and Lawrence Air most highly!
