We recently lost our heat and my plumber recommended Lawrence Air. Called and got a real person answering phone, polite answered my plea for help and sent Brendan over. He was polite and spoke in real talk so we knew what was wrong etc. What a pleasant experience. They are a great company, prices are reasonable and are there when they say they will be. Don't hesitate to call them.

Had my AC service maintenance performed by John, a most patient and knowledgeable man! I knew things weren’t working as they should, but all was explained and I have a working understanding of what needs to be done going forward.

I woke up this morning to 3 inches of water in my daughter’s light fixture and her whole ceiling leaking and bubbling from water. I got Lawrence’s name from a friend who is having air conditioning installed In her home. She was super impressed with how knowledgeable and professional they were. They scheduled an appointment the day I called. The service technician was great and fixed the problem quickly. We will be using Lawrence for service in the future.

Aaron and Ray came to our home to give us an estimate for central A/C in our 120 yr. old house. They were thorough, thoughtful, listened closely to not only our requirements for the system we need, but also to what we were interested in and how that reflects what our values are in terms of how we work and what we expect of ourselves. They gave us four options for HVAC and we were able to make a decision that day largely due to the thoroughness of their proposals, but also the depth of understanding of putting a central air system they both brought to the conversation. Highly recommend Lawrence Air.

Excellent service. The technician was very knowledgeable, knew just how to fix the problem, and went right to work on it He did extra to make sure we have no more problems going forward. I’m very appreciative of his initiative to fix all the problems he saw, and to check and make sure all was working properly!

They were very responsive. When our heat system stopped working and frigid temps were on the way (+ an 80+ yr old mom having to make due with electric backup heat in only some rooms) they came same day to diagnose the problem and then kept in touch until the part needed arrived. They made sure that as soon as the part arrived to them the came and installed it. Thanks to Brandon the technician and Jackie and the other women in the office who worked together to solve the problem.

Lawrence Air installed our Viessmann gas-fired boiler last fall. They called last week to schedule our yearly maintenance, which I appreciated as it saved me the trouble of remembering to do it. Zee was the technician who did our maintenance and also diagnosed a problem with one of our zone valves, original to the previous system. That was Friday. On Monday they called to say the part was in and they could come to install it. Zee called when he was on his way, and was done within a half hour. Pleasant to deal with and does great work!

I am more than impressed with this company. I’ve never met a more honest company in this field. They were prompt on getting back to me (I shopped other companies and some I never heard back from). Their prices are reasonable and the service has been phenomenal. I’ve had Jose do my AC maintenance. He was here in a heat wave in my attic, outside and took his time to make sure everything was right. I’ve also had Brendan come to do my heating cleaning and he was so honest about the options I had for an issue I had where any other company would have taken advantage. This company goes above and beyond for their costumers which is a rarity in today’s day and age. Their employees are professional and helpful. I hope this company continues to provide the outstanding service for years to come. I’m so glad I’ve found my go to HVAC company!
