I had contacted Angi's list to get a quote to fix my central A/C. Cody was the first to respond and made the appointment for that day. He arrived on time and did a great job diagnosing the problem. He initially thought it was going to be a quick fix. He did everything in his power to get the unit going. He was very knowledgeable and gave me options. I appreciated his honestly and he was able to get me up and going in a short amount of time. Being a veteran myself, I was happy to give Cody the business as he is a veteran as well. I will definitely call on him again in the future.

I needed my air conditioner repaired, and I didn’t want to go to a large company, or a dishonest repairman. I used Angi, and Cody was first to call back. My 33 year old AC had to be replaced, which he replaced timely for a very fair price. Unfortunately two days later, two days later, the AC wasn’t working, because of a failed furnace fan. (Not fault of AC installation). I called Cody, he came soon after with his assistant, Eric on July 3, (most people aren’t working because of the holiday) they replaced the fan motor, got the system working again (again for a fair price). I’m a retired aircraft mechanic, 79 yrs. Old, I know skilled maintenance when I see it.

I can't say enough... Our 1st flr. AC unit wast working.... After reading reviews, I reached out to GS HVAC...and Cody quickly responded to my request on home advisor...and was very responsive throughout the entire project. Once on site, he was quick to diagnose and identify the problem. Although it definitely needed replacement...he attempted a short term fix to keep us going. Unfortunately it was beyond help. He gaves us some options that were clearly explained, and were essential in helping us make the best decision. He gave us an estimate on price and installation dates...which he held to without any hidden surprises. The installation was professional, flawless, quick and clean....his helper never stopped, helping to keep the project moving smoothly. And the solution he came up with is as good as he said it would be. We couldn't be happier, and I would recommend his service to anyone. Professional, courteous, bright...great job! Thank you!

I had Greater Seacoast HVAC do maintenance to my furnace and AC system. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me tips to maintain certain things myself which was a money saver for me. I plan on using them moving forward. Overall great experience compared to other HVAC orgs in my area.
