TBros - Trethewey Brothers Inc

I called to see if I can get someone to come out and take a look at my boiler and fix it if possible. I expressed to them that I sent and email and haven’t heard back. The receptionist then yelled at me And got the manager on the phone I told the manager my concern and he then told me that they have tons of calls so they can’t just concentrate on means hung up the phone on me. They were completely rude and disrespectful and I would never give them my service .

When I called Tbros because I was having issues with the toilet tank mechanism, I knew that I would get an experienced plumber; I have been a customer for over forty years. But this time was different. Not only did my toilet get fixed, I was able to get a shower faucet that finally matched the tub spigot, and Eamon was able to detect a water leak in an area of in the basement half bath where mold was growing on insulation. Extremely happy with this company!

Great plumbing company! We had used them in the past, for smaller things and always to our satisfaction. So when we decided to remodel our bathroom we called them first and I'm glad we did. Friendly people, courteous and clean. No complaints. The bathroom looks fantastic!

I recommend TBros highly. Their work is quality & if they come out to do something and in a few days/weeks another problem crops up which they deem was caused by what they had done earlier, they do not charge you again. On 1/21/2019, a frigid MLK, Jr. Day; my tenant called while I was away from the home stating that they had no heat in a few rooms of their apartment. Due to the frigid temperature, I expected a delay in TBros getting out to fix the problem but they had it solved within 45 mins. I do find them pricey at times but “you get what you pay for”. I find all employees from customer service reps to technicians always to be courteous. My timeframes are always met & I always receive a call when they are on their way.

The heater under my sink is leaking so I called Tbros to se if they could stop it.The call out fee is a little ridiculous seeing as I had to wait 2 days anyway for them to show up. When they got here they couldn't find the leak but somehow blamed it on a hose in the sink that is clearly not leaking. The guys were very nice and all but simply told me what I already knew and charged me 130+ bucks for essentially staring at my leak.

I'm a plumber from the midwest and own my own business. I stopped in just to shoot the, well you get it. Great place I love how they worked and how they handle their customers. I was excited to stop and see where my hero (Rich) once worked. I swear I wouldn't be in this trade without seeing TBros on TV.

Thethewey came highly recommended. I called and made an appointment and had to wait over a month to get a service appointment for my boiler. Ok, so I waited. My service window was today from 8am-noon. No show so I called at noon and they have no record of any service requested. What does this say about their back office?

My 5-star review is long overdue (I simply forgot). Tbros came out to our house in Boston and fixed our pipes which froze during that extreme cold snap in early march. We were trying to sell the house and we were not living there at the time it happened. Our broker discovered the leaks and he suggested calling Tbros. It was quite a mess (4 leaks) but Tbros took care of it. It was perfect. Thanks guys!.
