ABC-AIR Heating and Cooling

Working with Brandon Allard of ABC-Air Heating & Cooling was a pleasure. Prior to purchasing our home, Mr. Allard met us at the property to give an estimate for replacing the HVAC air-handling system as well as the A/C condenser in June 2020. We also obtained two other estimates for this work. Mr. Allard's was the most reasonable and complete of the three estimates. After we purchased the home, ABC-Air Heating & Cooling replaced the above equipment on 8/11/2020. The HVAC system works perfectly and we are comfortable winter and summer. Mr. Allard is a true professional - shows up when he says he will and does impeccable work. We highly recommend ABC-Air Heating & Cooling.

ABC was great. I called on a Saturday morning when I noticed a leak in a couple of valves on my boiler. Brandon came just a couple hours later and was extremely thorough. He had everything he needed in his truck and took his time to check everything. Great service! We'll be using them again.

I called these guys because my central air was broken at the beginning of the season and they came within one business day. Super knowledgable and responsive and very easy to talk to. Will definitely have my business in the future.

the initial visit was good, although absolutely zero follow-through with a quote that we discussed and was promised "within a week" of the 10/16 visit so..

10/26 call him and am told that "by the end of the week", which doesn't happen, so...

12/14 this monday called him again and am told that he already sent it weeks ago, although can't tell me which email he sent it to, and tells me he'll resend it "shortly", which didn't happen so...

12/15 lets try this again and am told that he's driving but will "send it and text me" afterwards, which didn't happen

beyond shocked at the lack of accountability, bs excuses and zero follow through on a good sized project with the high possibility of another project to follow after first one is completed.

Called back within two hours of leaving message. On time service. Professional all around. Highly recommend!
