Called the number and recording told me this business is now closed.

We had a heating emergency, which Justin fixed promptly and professionally. We recommend JPR without reservation.

total waste of time. talks a good game. then cancels due to "an emergency". ok. that happens. next week comes: can't do the job because the truck is tall and the overhang of two trees "will scratch my truck" meanwhile i have water in my basement and a pipe that leaks.

I just called this "business" and when asking the mans name ,to be more formal, he said "How about I make it easy for you, if you don't know who this is then don't call this number." While another man in the background continued to laugh. This is disgusting to say the least. I truly hope everyone elses experience with this place is better than mine.

Justin was on time, clean, great job, and very fair price!!

The owner is a silly arrogant man, better off calling one of the other 150 established plumbing and heating contractors in the area without the attitude.
