DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Showed up 4 hrs late, had to call the office 3x before someone got back to me about when Darryl would arrive. Had them check my brand new shower installation for low water pressure. Darryl said my shower head might be clogged and replaced with a silver piece did that did not match the rest of my bathroom fixtures. I asked if there was a way to improve the water pressure with my current shower head or replace it with the same style. Darryl became very angry saying he wasn’t going to go back and forth, I had to have the silver one or he wouldn’t help me. Darryl’s assistant offered some alternate solutions to try to improve the water pressure when Darryl told him “Shut up! Don’t talk when we go to jobs, you’re just a helper.” I declined the offer for the silver shower head piece. He aggressively reattached my original shower head leaving scratches and damage to the finish and stormed out of my home. I called and spoke with manager Mike about my horrible experience with Darryl and replacement for my now damaged shower head when I was told that “they do not owe me anything” and hung up on me. One of the most unprofessional and horrible companies I have ever worked with.

During a maintenance call on our heating system, your tech darrell determined that a relief valve was faulty and needed to be replaced. The valve was on back order, but he made other adjustments to keep the system operating in the interim. I was pleasantly surprised when he was the one who came out to install the new valve. He was already familiar with the details of the situation and I did not have to waste time bringing a new tech up to speed. Scheduling techs in this manner when a job extends over multiple visits makes so much sense, but most service companies don't make the effort. The repair was completed quickly and all is well. Service included replacement of an existing sump pump and the installation of an automatic shut-off for our second floor washing machine. The installation went as anticipated, however there was an unnecessary delay due to the pump that was brought was broken and the shut-off system was missing a sensor. I strongly suggest that items to be installed be checked before leaving for a job. New units had to be secured from the office delaying the installation. Not really an issue for us, but your installers would have been available sooner for the next job if the items had been checked at the outset.

Everyone that we dealt with were nice, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the service every step of the way. We are very pleased and happy that we chose Rotterman for our central air installation project.

I tried another company to clear a backed up sewer line and they could not get it done. I called RooterMan and the machines he had were unbelievable made short work of the clog. I also had a water leak staining my ceiling. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. Highly recommend RooterMan and his employees. Clean, job done right the first time.

Called to see what if they could do an estimate. They said they charge $49 to come and do the estimate, I told him because of Covid were hurting on money that I needed to talk to my wife he said that they were completely booked up for the next couple of months and to call somebody else and hung up I even said I would call right back if it was gonna be OK. Very unprofessional!

I called to see how much they would charge me to unclog a toilet and the gentlemen I think his name is mike said I could get a quote if a person comes which I explained I need a quote over the phone because I’m poor and then he hung up on my face which I found very rude never again will I call
