Needham Oil Complete Heating and Cooling

I am consistently pleased with the service that NOA provides after so many years as a customer. The most recent call by Jim who was on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. He explained what was needed, how it would get accomplished and then made sure to show me the completed work. Always satisfied with the professionalism of Jim, Mike and the staff.

I just moved into a home with oil this fall. I had an emergency and no oil plan (had been getting online w Needham Oil), and they signed me up for a plan and sent someone out immediately at no cost. All the customer service people there are so helpful. Just had a question answered in minutes by Jen. Rick came out and serviced our boiler. He was here for hours and explained everything he was doing to us, as well as what to look for and when to call them. Even when I first got the online oil, the man who came out was very helpful explaining things to me. A friend recommended them to me, and I highly recommend them as well.

Very pleased with Rick. Although my burner isn't the easiest to inspect, he took his time to go over all the details, explaining what he was doing. He cleaned up really well after the job was done. Very professional service from Needham Oil & Gas and Rick. Thank you.

Jeff and Mike showed up on time to replace our steam boiler. They were very polite and knowledgeable, including explaining the differences in the new boiler versus the old. They left the work area clean and even moved a piece of furniture back in place for us. Very nice guys working for a very good company. I am duplicating this review for Mike.

Jim came a couple of weeks ago for a routine a.c. cleaning. He was professional and friendly while cleaning the compressors and changing the filters. At every step, he explained what he was doing as he worked.
Before his visit, water would leak from the eaves of the attic whenever the a.c. was running. Whatever Jim did while in the attic resolved that problem.

Jim is a gem. He has been servicing our AC and heating systems for many years. Recently he came out on an urgent call and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem before it became disastrous. He is very friendly but also very professional.

The service from Needham Oil and Air has airways been good. Prices are fair and the people are honest when it comes to repairs. They installed my ac last year and the first annual service on my ac went smoothly. They are always available for support when needed.
