We have used Kerivan Lane for about 6 years to supply our heating oil and propane. We also had them install a whole-home generator.

Their service has been great, and pricing is fair. Today I met Paul, one of their drivers, and had a wonderful conversation...it’s great that they are able to hire and keep people like Paul, who is kind, helpful, and professional.

Kevin was on time, very professional and knowledgeable and got the job done. Called in advance to let me know he was on his way, which I appreciate. Most importantly, he got my heat (boiler, oil, baseboards, etc) all tuned up (annual tune-up service) working and let me know what was going on exactly.

Andrew was extremely professional in the way he handled the installation of our two split AC units on the ground floor of our home. He was on time for the job and explained the entire process from start to finish before embarking on the installation. He was very helpful in suggesting optimal locations for the installation of the units to maximize the cooling/heating potential. He also took upon himself to coordinate with the electrician (Sean) to ensure that our electrical wiring is completed as quickly as possible.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Andrew and would recommend him and Kerivan-Lane for future installations.

Kerivan Lane ROCKS! We have been customers of them for many years for heating and all plumbing. They have replaced our water heater, installed & service our furnace, & fixed plumbing issues- always professionally and efficiently. It is rare in today’s world to have consistently kind, competent professionals who always get the job done.

As one example of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service: our furnace stopped working a couple days before Christmas (of course after regular hours). We had Tom, an emergency service tech, come out around 6 PM, and he worked diligently to get us heat until about 11 PM that night - and he had two more service calls after us. We are forever grateful to tech Tom & the entire Kerivan team behind him.

These folks are amazing. Their service is unparalleled. You can pay a few pennies more or a few pennies less for oil but it's hard to find their level of response and service. When my old water tank needed to be replaced they did it in a day. When my entire ductless air conditioning system needed to be replaced they arranged for a crew to come during a holiday week. You pay for what you get and with Kerivan Lane you get their people, who are excellent.

Kerivan-Lane is a family owned company that puts its customers needs above their own. I always felt that they understand their customer and always provide the best service for them. I have them for home oil and propane deliveries and service. Choose them and you won't regret it.

Recently had boiler installation done due to an old boiler leaking. Service was done within a day and they stayed long enough to make sure that I have no issues with the boiler at all.

Kerivan-Lane was great! They came out very quickly when we first contacted them. Contract process went smoothly. They did preinspection to make sure the selected minisplit install would go smoothly. The actual minisplit we picked was too big aesthetically on delivery and they were able to obtain a smaller sized unit and install that one instead the same day. Installer Kevin was very professional and did a nice job on the install. Unit is working great for AC and heat. We barely turned on our baseboard heat yet this year!

Why is it that things always break at the start of a holiday weekend? My boiler was leaking and it was Saturday morning before Christmas. VERY shortly after a call to Kerivan-Lane, Kevin B. showed up at my door. He was very professional, explained everything very clearly, let me know what my options where, what they would cost, risks, etc... He did the work we had agreed on, kept me informed of his progress, and got it all done in less than the estimated time. He was also good about cleaning up, testing the system, and giving me directions for monitoring over the next couple of days to make sure everything was perfect. Possibly the best technician call I've ever experienced. Very highly recommended.
