I have had several unsatisfactory vendors to maintain the heating and a/c system. I had seen Kerivan-Lane trucks in the area and decided to try them and have been very happy with their service. I have now had a fall and spring checkup by two different technicians and both were extremely professional and thorough as well as respectful and polite. I have no plans to look for another vendor.

I have been a customer of Kerivan-Lane for a little more than a year. Deliveries have always been on time, with accommodating methods of payments.
Recently, I had a boiler issue, which in turn caused a pipe to freeze during the severe cold in January. When contacted, they quickly sent someone to our home to try to remedy the situation. Tony A. who worked on fixing the issue, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even came back the same day without any worries, to confirm that there was a more severe issue. He was kind enough to also check up on us a few days later.

Unfortunately, the frozen pipe we were dealing with, ended up bursting - a risk warned by Tony on the day of intervention. I contacted him directly late that night when it occurred, and Tony kindly answered my call and helped me remotely to stop the leaking. During the whole experience, he shared in advance his opinion about the issue(s) and how he planned to fix it. I valued his expertise, as well as his care, offered both by him, as well as the company. This is without any doubt a serious company who cares about its customers.

Everyone I have worked with at Kerivan Lane has been great. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly. The team provides great service both over the phone and in the field. Both Dave C. and Joe F. have been very helpful to all my plumbing and heating questions as a new home owner! The team that delivers the oil to our home provide great service as well.

Our water heater in our home died 5 days ago and Kerivan Lane came promptly in the next day and began the journey of replacing our hot water heater and furnace which was about 40 years old. They were very neat and clean and when I came home the the technician spent as much time as I needed to explain the new furnace and how the water tank worked. They tested the heating system and would not leave until they made sure I did not have any more questions. I look forward to seeing how the new system will work this winter.

Rob was all around great. Very thorough and professional. He made sure everything was tested and working properly. He followed up the next day to ensure there weren’t any problems with our air handler and heat. Highly recommended and Kerivan Lane has a great employee with him on the payroll.

Excellent experience working with Kerivan Lane. Installation process of my new boiler could not have gone better. The technicians were here all day and I barely noticed them. Clean and high quality work. The sales process was also great, including the fact that the team did all the work necessary to get all rebates possible.

Just bought a ductless mini- split to cool and heat our home. I know it sounds trite but it really was a pleasure to work with Rick. He is the consummate professional and very responsive. I suggest you work with him and look no further. He gave us a very fair deal and the installation with was smooth with Kevin, on time, helpful and efficient. And since I have been with them for over a year now, I should say that the service manager, Mike and his young team have been very good too. I think the only cautionary note would be to make sure to get very clear on terms of service and such. I was told my price for oil would be x cents less than the market rate. I assumed that they would use the average market rate but then they said Kerivan-Lane determined what that market rate would be. So they can come up with whatever figure they decide and it is not easy to find out what the rates are.

My gas hot water heater was out of warranty and started to leak and was getting worse in short order. I needed a new water heater on fairly short notice and saw a deal through Angie's List. I contacted Kerivan-Lane and placed the order. Everyone that I dealt with in the order process was professional and helpful. The installation was scheduled for Wednesday morning and Tom and his partner arrived on time and took care of the installation quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and thoughtful in both doing the job and responding to my questions. I am very pleased with the whole process and I plan to use Kerivan-Lane again for other needs.

WOW is all I can say. We needed help over the weekend with a leaking heating pipe....they came right out..stopped the leak for the time being until we could talk to he office on Monday. After discussing the best way to fix the problem Kerivan-Lane ordered the part and installed within the WEEK !!! Peter one of the team members ( with another great gentlemen who I forget his name) installed the new part yesterday. He covered everything they would walk on since that particular room had a brand new rug which they treated with as much care as the heating system. Very professional and clean. We are so fortunate to have Kerivan-Lane as our heat provided !! Thanks again

We had a number of plumbing issues and needed to coordinate the schedules and acquisition of materials needed to complete the work. Mike McDonald was extremely professional in not only sending top quality technicians, but also helping with all needed replacement parts.
