Excellent experience with Evolved mechanical! Monica was pleasant and courteous when I called. She was able to schedule an appointment for me within days of my call. Mike came out to assess a leaky valve under the kitchen sink. He proposed a couple of options. Mike was knowledgeable, friendly, educational, and courteous. The plumbing problem got fixed and I’m extremely happy with the service Evolved mechanical provided. I would use them again and highly recommend.

The service this company rendered was the very best in every phase of this project. From the first, the owner, Jason, walked us through our options. He assessed all the repairs necessary. He also explained the conversion process. Answered every question. Within days we had estimates to consider. Then the office manager, Monica helped me schedule the dates for the various aspects of the job. She was really reassuring throughout the project. She kept me appraised of what to expect. Now, the crew of technicians (Kevin-Lead; Cody & Brian) were very professional. They were efficient ,careful,
courteous, and knowledgeable of the system they were both repairing and converting. I know others were involved.--Outstanding kudos to all. Thank you for making our home safe and warm!

Fantastic experience with the guys from Evolved! Mike and Cody came to evaluate our leaky pipe issue and were extremely polite and professional. They came back with Owen a few days later and took care of the issue. It was a bit complex, as it involved cutting a wall and removing a large piece of 120 year old vertical pipe. The worked quickly, but thoughtfully, so as to minimize removal of pieces of wall. They went above and beyond by replacing the pieces of wall board (that we had removed), which was very helpful to us.

I HIGHLY recommend Evolved and especially the crew that did our job! Friendly, professional, and they clearly take pride in their work. The experience far exceeded our expectations!

A true 5-star experience from start to finish! My initial call to the office was handled by Monica, who was very friendly, listened intently to my problem, and quickly scheduled an appointment for my furnace repair. Soon after scheduling, she called back to offer an earlier appointment (next day). My next interaction was with Mike (the service tech), who was excellent from the moment he arrived (on-time). Mike worked diligently to diagnose what was found to be a rather tricky issue. Mike was able to solve the problem, guided me in what he was doing throughout, and was a pleasure to work with.

As a small business owner myself, with a keen eye for customer service, Evolved Mechanical exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them and plan to do so within both my personal & professional network. Well done!

We hired Evolved mechanical for a big project on our old house. The project included oil-to-gas conversion, adding central A/C, a second thermostat zone and replacing the old oil-fired furnace with a new high
-efficiency wall-hung boiler, which also allowed us to replace the electric water heater with an indirect hot water storage tank. The whole project spanned about four months with some weeks when we were away for vacation. Everyone on the team from Evolved Mechanical did an excellent job seeing the project through to a satisfying conclusion. Monica from the front office helped submit MassSave equipment rebates. Zoran and Luis did an impressive job adding new vents in the plaster ceilings for the new second zone as well as to plan with me and install minimally invasive ductwork in the attic. Kevin, Josh, and Eric did tidy and professional plumbing install work in the basement and ran a hot water line up to the attic through an old duct. Chico did a great job with electrical, finding and correcting wiring issues while providing new circuits. The whole install team was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Evolved Mechanical for this kind of project. They have the breadth of expertise among their team to tackle various heating and cooling projects in older homes.

Overall, my experience with Evolved Mechanical was extremely positive. From start to finish the service was top notch, and I am very happy with the end result.

I had been looking to install a heat pump in my condo for a number of years, but due to its unusual layout it had been difficult to find an option that would work. This year I was determined to make it happen, so I had multiple companies come out and take a look. Jason, the owner of Evolved did the consultation himself and gave me a couple of options to mull over. I thought the price he quoted was reasonable and he was incredibly helpful and patient in answering the myriad of follow up questions I sent him over email. I honestly felt he went above and beyond at this stage which is why he earned my business.

When Owen and his crew came out to do the install (I ended up going with a two zone mini-split), they did a great job. They were in and out in two days, and were extremely polite and respectful of my home. Just a good group of guys, friendly and professional. Then, when it came time to submit my paperwork to Mass Save for my rebate, Monica in the office was amazing, making the process easy and painless.

Like I said, the whole experience with Evolved was great, hence the five star review. I can't think of a single negative thing to say and would highly recommend them to anyone needing similar work done.

When I had a problem with my gas furnace many of my condo neighbors recommended Evolved Mechanical to me. Mike and Jesse came right out and were able to explain the problem to me and fix it quickly. They were highly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was extremely pleased with their service and will absolutely continue to call on them in the future. Highly recommended!

Ghosted!

In 2017 they did what looked like a great job installing our old furnace in a new location and creating a four zone radiator heating system where there had been one zone. Solid work at that time, good team. Jason visited, and I sent a paper thank-you note.

Because of that experience, I expected to use Evolved for a long time, and tried to, but they appear not to stand behind their services.

In 2018 there was some water coming out of the furnace's pressure release valve, and they came out quickly and replaced that valve and some parts that had been newly installed. I never got an explanation for what went wrong, or why it wasn't under some kind of warranty at a year old. I guessed around $300 going in, and should have asked, I guess. I was charged nearly $1000.

I also once asked for them to reverse the flow direction of one of the zones, and somehow that work never got done.

This spring 2021, another part from their 2017 install, a circulator pump, developed a small leak. I said it wasn't urgent, and that this time, I'd like to get an estimate before the work was performed, and asked again about warranty on the parts. After a month or so, I got an email that they had ordered the parts, but they wouldn't arrive until mid-April, and they'd give an estimate then. Okay. And they wouldn't be able to tell me whether the part was under warranty until after the work was done. What? But anyway that email from Eoghan on March 26th was the last I heard from them in any manner. I followed up once by email on May 14, once on May 28, and then I called once, and asked Sara to ask Jason to give me a call back. That call never arrived: it is now July 2021, and I'm just now taking up fixing this before the next heating season.

Yeah, I was emptying buckets throughout Feb-May this year.

It seems to be a mistake to expect Evolved to do work or install equipment that lasts very long, or even to bother responding.
